Have received several calls and emails from this number. Person says his name is Douglas Gamberline State Attorney. Total SCAM!!!!  Do Not give these people any of your personal information and report any contact they have with you.

These people got me good. I am ashame to admit that they scam me for some bucks. I got the same call from someone named Sgt. Slyvester with the Union County Sheriffs Dept. The number check out on my caller ID. He left me a message to call him back. But he did not leave the Union County Sheriff's number, he left a me the 949-800-5477 number. I called the Union County Sheriff's Dept. and they said that they never heard of a Sgt. Slyvester. I called the 949 number and asked for him and guess who answered!
These people are evil and the FBI should arrest them. Just be careful as they will call your employer if they can't get to you directly. NEVER speak with them. They will rob you blind. Just have your attorney speak with them which may not happen as they will hang up on him. Soem day, God will judge them...

got an E-mail threatening to sue me and call my work. I have no payday loan at the present had one in the past it is payed in full. so will be reporting this to the police immediatley.

They called me yesterday saying they were the Sheriff"s dept. I didn't answers them, but they left me a message saying call them, but they left no number.

I got a call from these guys who had an Indian accent and threatened me with a warrant and have the authorities come to my work to arrest me for some payday advance I supposedly took out. I have not taken out this payday advance. Then he called me back and said to call him to tell him when i would be home to send the the authorities. Pretty bad.

Hi every one these jerks called me too saying I owe 600 dollars and if I don't pay I will face court cost of 2000 .. so I have done one with ameriloan, and I called dem but they told me that those ppl by dat name are scammers.. and will report them

had this number calling stating  i owe money for a cash advance never recived a cash advance wanted my bank info i told them if i got a cash advance the would have all that informatin already they told me that there computers all shut down and had gotten a virus i laughed and hung up they called back calling me a bunch of names

I was contacted by a person from this number on December 14, 2011 at 10:08am EST. The man on the phone had an Indian accent and told me I was being sued for not repaying a $300 payday loan. He told me I owed $597 and if I didn't pay it immediately I was going to be arressted. I told him that I had never had a payday loan and was a victim of fraud. All of my bank accounts had been cleaned out and over drawn after I had set up a direct deposit for a grant I was awarded from someone claiming to be from the US Government Grant department. Then he brought on another man with an Indian accent claiming to be the manager. They both tried to tell me I was still responsible for the payday loan even if someone used my information to get it. I told them I knew they were a fraud. The guy promised it was real and he was there to help. I told him if he was there to help then he needed to contact the police department and they would take any steps or actions to increase the fraud claim to include whatever it is they claim I was responsible for. I then hung up on them and researched the number I was called from. I saw the other people made reports about this number. There has to be something someone can do to help us. This is the 6th time someone with an Indian accent has tried to scam me for money. One guy even told me he was going to help get my money back from the fraudulent grant people if I had phone sex with him. I hung up on him immediately. I tried to get a hold of his boss to tell them what happened but they only laughed at me. This guy will not stop calling me and threatening if I go to the cops he knows where I live and will kill me. I am scared to leave my house or even open my door. I have cancer and scrape by each month on Social Security Disability. Every penny I get goes toward the basic costs of living. I do not have credit cards or a car loan. Because of the people like the ones who called from this number I was almost evicted. There was also no way to get my money back because these scam artists are in India. This is not right!!! Someone has to stop this!!! Please don't fall for the lies!! REPORT IT!!!!

These people keep calling me I told him that i knew it was a scam and that the company they say they are representing has a message saying that this is a scam when I told him not to call my work again he stated that I was not to call him again have my attorney call him and he hung up. These people dont ever stop! IT is rediculous!!!!

I just received a call from this number and they called me on my job and threaten to contact my employer and I will loose my job for a pay day loan. I asked for documentation of the alligation and I was told that I was insulting him and for me to google the complaint office. I google the complaint office and the web site was called the complaint board. so I proceeded to google the telephone # and found out the number this conversation string. this man wanted me to pay the money today no if ands and but about it I was so upset and said I will have to speak to my legal department and said that he could provide legal representation I said would that be conflict of interest and said ma'am you are insulting me and I will hang up well I call back and said first never call my job again impersonating an officer of the court secondly you are a scam and he said find I will submit legal documentation to your HR department and you will loose your job.

They called me today saying I have a lawsuit from a loan place I never took a loan from. He hung up after I said if they keep calling me I'm getting the police involved.he told me to get a lawyer......lol

I called them back and now it's going to voice mail. HA HA!D4M6

This number is calling my phone and harassing me daily , and i am tired of this b***s*** someone needs to do something like kill these moth******ers!

Just received 3 phone calls from this number in a row .They said that they were the police and I asked them who are you now?Officer Smith or Officer White????Then I said that I'm going to the FBI on them and they said Officer White and I said oh really I know who you are and you're impersonating an officer of the law and then they hung up because I said that I was having the police trace the call and they hung up!
