got cussed out and threatend. this is fake fruad company! do not give any information. and dont worry. you wont be sued or arrested. they call repetedly. if you want to stop them go for it. i have fun with them. talk about there country and there mother. lol

I got one too from that number also have bank of America account.  The number left on my cell can't be completed when tried to call it back.  I also got a full voicemail when I called the 951 252 2609.  They called back in 3 minutes..  Threatening law suit threatning to contact my employer, my bank, and social security.  He (James Martin) hung up on me. When I called him back he said he couldn't talk over 20 minutes to each person wonder why that is?  I called my bank told them about this they gave me a number to call if this place tries to take any money.  Any way we will see if they call back.  He did tell me that I would have the court papers in 5 days. I will just give them to my attorney.  He couldn't even tell me the amount of money I was suppose to have borrowed at an on line payday loan.  And he refused to send me paperwork. said there was none. I aint worried about it.  Nut I am going to report the number to the gov web site for such things.

I got a call from a guy who said his name was James Martin.  When I called back the answering service said the mail box was full he called right back number that shows up on my cell is 320051685 not even a complete number.  He had left a message that said do not refuse to return this called or all I can do is wish you GOOD LUCK...the circumstances will start rolling down on you.  Good bye.  When I did talk to him he hung up on me I called him back and he told me he could only talk to one person for 20 minutes.  Told me the same things that there was a lawsuit they would contact my place of employment social security and my bank. that money had been deposited into my bank account and I was suppose to have paid it back the 28th and since I didn't they were going to take me to court and collect 3500 plus.  I told him to send me proof of the debt under the fair credit reporting act when Iask you are suppose to send me proof..he said it was online and there were no documents.  Told him that was a lie.  Told him again to send me prooof and that was when he hung up one me.  I am calling my bank about this and having my account changed cause he did tell me the last four of my ss number and the last 4 of my bank account.

I received a call from this number, however this is not the number that came up some foreign number came up this was the number they left. They left a message on my voicemail at work. When i asked where they were located she said stockton...bad indian accent and VERY rude...making threats that I was going to jail all while laughing with co workers. This was unbelieveable. these people are scam artist.

Just returned a call this morningthat was left on my cell #( which I just got last months in my husbands name)a female (with indian accent) answered  asking if I was me with my married name ( mind you I just got married in jan and never got a payday lone in my married name) did I live on my street ( I just moved here too mind you) and do I bank with bank of america.(which I do bit in my maiden name n they r just my kids accounts) she asks if im employed I say no then she says I,ll be getting served then I asked for the supervisor she says ok then hangs up now she I call I get a filled mail box.......this is crazy

This is a version of the you-have-commited-a-crime extortion scam and you are being...
1. charged with fraud or passing bad checks or embezzlement or
2. served with a court summons or arrest warrant or bench warrant or whatever or
3. located in preparation to being served or for a lawsuit or to be arrested or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

And you have to...
1. call back with your case number or
2. confirm your address or SSN or whatever so you can be served or your papers can be processed or
3. pay $895 now to avoid paying $5,000 in court or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

Never do what they tell you to do but report them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG, as appropriate.

Got a call from "Kevin Wilson" (very thick indian accent) stating that I had to call back the very instant I got the message or I would be in serious trouble and I woould need a lawyer.

I have received several calls, all different numbers, using the idential script each time.

Same thing as others report; big accent could hardly understand left message I had better return call of face consequences.

Same thing here. Horrible accent, threatening calls. Stated we have ruined their country.  Then said I was killing people for a living. Would not give me any information other than stating I am getting arrested.
Horrible accents.

I received a call from this number and that case was being filed against me and I asked for thier information so that I can verify with the BBB and they would not give it. Indian accent as well. So they hung up. Go figure, Scammers.

Threatening call to take $5,484.87 from my Bank Account and to inform Social Security to do this (which is my only monthly income.) Also telling me I had  better get an Attorney!
