This is a robo-call, I got a voice mail saying "This is Nicole of customer service rewards department. Can you hear me OK? Hello? Can you hear me at all? I'm sorry can't hear you."

Nicole from Echosystems customer rewards is kind and courteous. We got to talking and well, we're going out this Friday. Dining card. Date. Sublime.

Call today from this place, Nicole and Customer Rewards Center...and was being offered a $100 Gift Card and $50.00 Dining Card for supposedly an app I downloaded on my phone.  Ironically the phone they called is a regular land line, no apps to download on it ! hung up very promptly on them and after reading all the previous comments am sure glad I did ! scam alert all the way !

I got a text message from this number that says "blow me". Needless to say I'm a little PO'ed. This kind of thing needs to stop.

just got this call, sadly I gave half of my info, when I asked for the name of the company she told me that she had trouble hearing me and she would call back. She never did... SCAM ALERT!!!

Yep... Same call from a split personality (recording) Sara and Nicole are one in the same. Didn't take long to figure that out but it is simply annoying!!!

This # has been calling me for months, I never answer an let voicemail pick up and a female always leaves a message that says "Hello, can you hear me?" (Pause for about 15 seconds) "Can you hear me? I cant hear you." And then they hang up. So annoying!

I got a phone call from 951-266-5534 saying that because I downloaded an app, whose name was not provided, I won a 100$ gift card and 50$ for dining. She told me that she was going to transfer the call to somebody who will collect my credit information. I told them that I was busy and hang up. The same story in all the posts above. Easy scam to spot!

I GOT A CALL FROM NICHOLE A TRAINEE AND SHE TOLD ME THAT I WON A 150 GIFT CARD FROM DOWNLOADING AN APP OR I PUT A NICE SCORE IN A RATING FOR A RESTO OR I MADE A  SURVEY(WHICH I'M NOT AWARE THAT I DID THOSE), I ASK HER WHAT COMPANY IS SHE WITH THEN SHE JUST SAID A COSTUMER SERVICE REWARD COMPANY (I WAS THINGKING OK THERES A LOT OF COSTUMER SERVICE COMPANY), THEN SHE TRANSFETRRED ME TO SARAH I GAVE MY NAME, BIRTHDAY, ADDRESS AND WHEN SHE IS ASKING FOR A $1.99 FOR THE SHIPPING OF THE GIFT CARD I AGAIN ASK HER WHATS HER COMPANY NAME THEN SHE TOLD ME SHE IS WITH A ACCREDITED SHIPPING COMPANY, THEN SHE AGAIN PLAYED A RECORDED VOICE ASKING FOR THE CC INFO THEN I ASK HER AGAIN FOR 2X WHATS HER COMPANY NAME THEN SHE HANG UP, STUPID ME GIVING MY INFO ON PHONECALL, I SHOULD HAVE LOOK THE NUMBER UP WHILE TALKING TO HER DANMIT...

They called me at WORK and after a 3 second pause and a beep, I hear "This is Nicole from the customer rewards center can you hear me ok" I hung up because I definitely could not say what I wanted to say to her with the whole office listening. Scammers calling people at work, this is new.

951-266-5534 called today at 2:30pm I always answer my phone even to numbers I don't know since I work for a car dealership and I never know who's calling me. Some Nicole lady said she was calling from a customer rewards something and asked me if I could hear her, when I said yes she said ok let me save my settings? I instantly thought that's odd! Then she continue saying I just want to verify your number, when she repeated it, it sounded like a machine so I just instantly hung up. SCAM!!!!! DONT GIVE ANY OF YOUR INFO OUT OVER THE PHONE. IF SOMEONE SAYS YOU WON SOMETHING..THEY DONT NEED YOUR CC INFO IS SOMETHING IS FREE.

Yep, it was a "rewards" call. Since very few people have my cell phone #, the do not call list being an exception, I hung up. I have not bought anything that would produce a "reward".

I agree... There is a satellite view of the building and a little red car parked in front of the door on another complaint site. It did cross my mind to go with the Police and a call log sheet but for one it is too far out there, and for two, what's the point of wasting that time on negative meaningless nonsense. So, I'll just ignore the calls as I am sure there will be more to follow. Oh, also, I don't have a smart phone either. An old LG slide phone is what I use. I don't even have internet access on it. The posts that mentioned the got the number because of a downloaded app, etc is bull. Our numbers were sold to them! Sad but reality. Where is the morality in the world today?!...

Always answer "unavailable" calls with "Smith County Sheriff's Department, what is your emergency"? For some reason, they never call back LOL!

Yep, like all the rest I was called at 10:40 am by a representative calling herself, "Nicole" and she asked me if I could hear her okay, then turned up her microphone. She launched in that I was selected because of an app. or service I clicked on. Then she proceeded to ask me if she had the correct number, and when she repeated it back, it sounded so robotic. Then after I said "yes" she told me I won a one-hundred-dollar gift card.
I hung up knowing it was a scam and saved it in my phone as a scam. I think its a phishing scheme and very annoying! If you call back the number it just states: Customer Service Representatives then gives a list of prompts as to why you are calling them back, i.e. information about their product. Anyways, I believe its a scam and trying to report them to an Attorney General's Office sounds nice, I doubt they can do much, either.

If you call the number back it is a recorded menu. It gives you an option to be taken off of their calling list.

I answered a lady name Nicole says she was with some customer rewards center. I hung up after.

Calls every 30 minutes for two weeks now. Make them stop.

You can call the number back and select option 2 to be put on their "do not call list."

I just got a call from this number. Sounded like a scam. And the same person talking
