Got a call at about 5 PM  PST.  Same thing.   Listen to their spiel but got tired quick and hung up.  Not certain what they really want.  Tried to tell me  that shortly all electrical bills will be going up 14%.  Right.  

I dobn't answer the phone, don't call back to numbers I don't know...

Yep, I got a call too from the scums at 951-266-5691 (ID read California) on the cell. No mssg, of course.

Claim to be non profit organization  which is BS.
take the call tie them up and only give them false information give them the local police department non emergency phone number as your call back number.
if they get enough calls like this it should slow them down and maybe the police will do something about them

Another call from yet another SOLAR SCAMMER ignoring Do Not Call rules. These frauds must be shut down!!! Caller ID was GO GREEN EDUC. Sick and tired of these useless calls from clowns out to make a buck. NUMBER BLOCKED!!!!!

I agree.  Our best defence against these criminals is to ignore, block and report.  That's what I just did.

NEVER answer a phone call (mobile or land line) from a number you do not recognize- if it's important- the CALLER will leave a message. These SCAMMER/SCUMBAGS WILL NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE

I got a voicemail from this caller. Recording about increasing energy costs, and some great opportunity for homeowners. I didn't bother listening to the rest, sorry.

You can report calls on "no call" numbers at 1-888-382-1222 ... These people (951.266.5691) need to be reported!!!

I continue to get calls from this company even after I have indicated that we are on the "no call" and asked them to remove me from their call list.. Thay have called over 5 time in the past few weeks AFTER I have asked them not to call.

One of several spam calls received today.  Also from 714-721-2803 (only a few minutes before this one) and 626-207-7259 (definitely a solar spam call because it left a message)  They're aggressive, obnoxious, and impossible to block because of all the different numbers they spoof.

I think any phone numbers that  doesn;t let you call back, should be issued in the first place.  They should either have to provide identification when you call it or ishouldn't go through!!!

I just received this call on my cell phone. I didn't bother to answer. Left no message. At least I can go to settings and put the number on automatic reject.

This number call, Claiming "non profit" named "Go Green Education.org".  The caller claimed they could have a solar salesman call on my household to reduce electrical cost.

I got a call from this number today but I didn't pick it up. Did not leave a voicemail though.
