I got the same call at 8:30pm tonight. He said he worked for JDI. The company is legitimate and he had info about an account I had from 2003. He said I owed a certain amount but they would settle for about half that. Also told me about being served papers to appear as a defendant in a civil suit by the company. If I didn't get back to him by Monday he would proceed with legal threat. I didn't give him any info, but he did know the last four of my social. That kinda pissed me off. Anyway, sorry about what happened with you.

Guy called and asked to talk to my manager when hung up on him the 1st time. Said to call Mike anderson at 951-468-0381x 359 that he had a claim against me. Told him I wanted details mailed to my address and he said he was just a paralegal and couldnt give me any information. Said I needed to call back and talk to his boss. If that was the case, wouldnt you think the attorney would take the call from you right then . Besides this is a califonia area code and its 6am out there.

I got a call from this number saying he was David Murdock that they where going to send someone to take me to jail if i did not pay, some old bill that i have no idea about. I was scared so I gave him all my info,he told me that he would send me a email with all the info about it and its been 24 hours and no email yet. I come to find out this morn that it is a scam and they will take your money. I fell stupid for falling for it. please be carefull out thier alot of scarey people. And they can't do anything to you , I know that now.

I received a phone call from David Murdock saying i was gonna get served with a federal summons if i didnt send him money. He wanted check # , credit card #, and finally he suggested a walmart money card. This guy is an idiot.

This guy called me telling me I would be served with papers also But I cant find anything about him except for this. I will persue this.

I got call from this number too saying it was a David Murdoch and to call him immediately because I could end up being served by the courts if I did not???? Who is this?
