We are being harrassed by DC Brown & Associates.  We have received several calls and have told them they have the wrong number.  Each time they are very rude, disrepectful and threatening. They act like their time is more important than anyone elses. They hang up on you when they realize they are wrong but never give an apology for even calling the wrong number and person.  They lied when we asked to speak to the person in charge saying he wasn't there when he was.  David Nobels and his team are the rudest people we have ever dealt with and should be fined for calling and harrassing innocent people.

This series of numbers, 951-479-xxxx is DC Brown and Associates. They are debt collectors that have lost their minds. They have been calling my parents (im over 30 yrs old) and threatening them for years. I finally was wanting to fix this issue and I called them a while back to see what this was about. It was over the credit card u get when u are 18, however I paid the balance a very long time ago in the sum of $534.43. DC Brown and Associates told me it would be over 1900.00 to clear this up. I demanded documentation which they refused to give up. The same person called my phone from a diff number and asked for me by first name..he didnt even ask..he said "Hey John buddy wassup"...when I said oh hey wassup whos this...he replied with "Yes Mr. Smith u owe us a lot of money and we want it NOW." He was not giving me the chance to say anything and so I got a tad rude. He stopped me before I even got 2 sentences out and proceeded to 100% verbally assault me. He called me a "f-cking piece of sh-t" just for openers. I just recieved a phone call from my mother who says they have filed a lawsuit against me. Good Luck with that....report these people to the BBB and all other agencies. They constantly break the law and threaten everyone and anyone they can.

Demanding I call them back - everynight - harrassment

these people called my house,and tried to make me fill bad about a bill i had in collections,and i never heard of the company.they are con artist, please tell everyone be aware.

this number called and left message with number when i called back to get info they did not give any it is a fraud agency please report them...do not give any information

This is a FRAUD person that wants your information and wipe you clean out of your money! Do not believe this person! This person is NOT a Collection Agency! This person is a Con-Artist! Those kind of people need to be locked up! Be Careful! Don't believe the HYPE! They are mean and cruel!
