Part 2: Yes, but first you must receive written proof of the debt. It should be mailed. Have the name, address, & phone number of the debt company. Who the debt was originally with, & for how much. It will then show how much the debt is now, with legal interest added. It must also be signed. Should the company decide to sue you for the debt, you get your day in court. There you can contest it. No ones wages can be garnished without Court approval. No one can be arrested over a debt. Debt is civil, not criminal.

My mother got a call from this number for my son, which I thought was odd.  The same scenario, civil suit, wanted money, had to call by 6pm.   Not going to send them money.  If it is a legit company they will just have to do a wage garnishment..

I did not personally received a call from this number but one of my family members did and it was a woman named Lisa asking for me and she told my family member it  was regarding a civil matter she could not go into details about this matter but  requested that I call her back. My family member gave me this message and I have no civil matters so I am confused on this and wondering if I should call her back or if it is a scam of some sort.

After a few weeks of calls with no message left, then got a call demanding a call back within 24 hours, but not directed to anyone in particular. Finally got a call directed to someone who no longer lives at this number. Intsrtucted to call Jeremy Mallick. Number is from California. I am in Michigan. I called at 7:30amPST and Jeremy answered. i identified myself asd an attorney (which I am) and asked what kind of firm P R & Associates was. Jeremy informed me it was "a business." I then asked what kind, and Jeremy told me it was a "civil litigation firm." He then denied ever calling my number other than the 1 time yesdterday. I told Jeremy I had the calls and messages recorded. He said all I needed to do was to tell him that the party was no longer at that number and started talking non-stop. I told him that I was an attorney who represented the party he was trying to reach. He did no want to hear that and kept talking faster and louder about how all I had to do was ask them not to call anymore and then he hung up on me when I tol,dd him to shut the F up and listen. I don't think jeremy mallick will be calling my number again.

Bottom feeder.
