I got this text too, but I had entered a bunch of Target surveys/contests for gift cards, so thankful I found this site to know it was a hoax before I did anything.

Did not receive phone call but a text. No company just a phone number. 951-902-5827. Checked the website and there wer posts on there claiming it was fraud.
