got this number on my caller id, but no msg.  No letters either, from Rose law firm and then in the same day just a few hours later, a black suv pulls up in front of the house and snaps a picture and then pulls over to the side of the road a mn and then pulls away.  Very odd.  Next time, I'll answer the phone and tell them the call is being recorded and every call they make is being recorded and any issue they may have be sent in writting to whom they are attempting to contact. End of coversation.

They always call me and don't even leave a phone number no voicemail no nothing they just call and hang up! I never answer cause I don't know the number and if they are forreal and have real business with me they would leave a voicemail what it's concerning but they never do!

If you debt was charged off by original debtor there's nothing legally binding you to pay back your debt. Rose law firm can kick bricks.

Called twice but no one was there when I answered. I called them back today and they said "Rose Law Firm" and that they were trying to contact my husband about a delinquent account. It's just a collections agency. They weren't rude, just a little pushy when I said I'd have to call them back later. I had to hang up on the person because they didn't want to let me off of the phone.

Calls my phone and the message is just someone breathing in the background saying nothing.

I got a call from them last night.  Turns out it was on a bill from a hospital visit two years ago.  When I called back I actually spoke to an attorney at the firm.  He was actually helpful and set me up on monthly payments.  He said they tried calling my phone several time in last month but did not leave a message because doing so would violate the law.  Not saying I want to pay the bill but I do owe it.  Just sayin maybe you should think about a bit of personal responsiblity before you. . . .

I get these calls too.  Medical debt I'm sure.  Just had 3 neck & 2 lower back surgeries in the last 4 years.  Hospital wouldn't take what I could afford so probably sold my debt to this outfit.  A friend of mine who helps people with debt and other related issues told me once that you really aren't obligated to these people because you didn't sign any agreements with them.   You sign the agreements with the original provider that you owe the money to.   And if you try to pay the original provider and they refuse to take the money, too bad.  Not like you didn't try to pay.  If another provider buys your debt....oh well.  It's their problem.  Looks like they've just acquired the responsibility to your debt!!!!  Maybe we should all thank them for paying our bill!!!!  On another note....I just went to their web site and wrote in their comments box, that if they want to waste their time calling me, they should leave a message since I work practically around the clock and am not always available to answer my calls!  Too funny.

Calls several times  day, never leaves messages. No outstanding debt. Next call I get I will be telling them that unless they can provide some sort of proof that I owe some debt, inculding my signature agreeing to some type of payment, I will be adivising them that contacting this number is to cease and desist. Failure to do so will result in a complaint sent to the MN Attorney General's office.

Guess you have to answer once and tell them they cannot call you. If they continue, they are breaking the law,

They are not licensed to practice law in the State of Texas! Just found that out, but yet they call Texas consumers. OAG TX is next!

This is a collection agency,they should be sued they are not even even a legit company.This according to the the state of Minnesota.

I have had several calls from this place and today I get a women saying: "She wanted to help me revolve my debt" not a typo the women really said REVOLVE not Resolve!! Hahahahahahha They wont be calling me again..

They're calling my friend in Missouri, on her Cell Phone. At least twice a week for the past month! She doesn't dare answer it because she doesn't like wasting her minutes on her phone, so she asked me if I could find out what the number is, and I was linked here on my search. I'm thinking about having her to tell them to Eff off, cause this is just getting out of hand. Someone needs to do something about this and hopefully, shut down this rude, unnecessary business!

Yes I have had this place call me and they were going to take me to court. I have worked it out with them to pay so much a month to pay off my debt. They have been really good about it.

If they are calling you as attornies....it has to either be about a pending case or a disposition of such a case. To call you and harass you directly about a debt...they are in trouble. Period. But....bottom feeder collection agencies, who like to use attornies names and addresses in their ploys...can be sued for using those attornies names on the phone...to try and collect from you. Your best bit...is when you answer and they start their rant.....just tell them to bite the big one and hang up. lol

these people are charging me for anything the number is 952 238 1100, they say I have debt with them if they never received anything even demand because the lawyer was arrested for making insurance fraud lawyers who are Ryan and LAHUTY in maryland gasoline made ??me waste time all for nothing.

harrass by not leaving messages.  I can pretty much confirm it's them becaus I just got  a letter.  They are scummy because they have tacked on a 20 percent collection fee (never heard of THAT before) on top of a doctor's bill after inflating in 25 percent (to total over $500 rather than the $300 I supposedly owe.  I plan to write them a registered letter with a check encloed that includes 50 percent of the original bill (the doc was a quack to begin qith) and $10 for their time and a note on the check that says "paid in full." If they cash it , the doctir and this debt collector have legally agreed they have no basis to pursue me.  And that is my goal.
