This "Kevin" is a fraud. I googled the phone number when I missed the call and found this site saying he's a scam. When he called back, I told him I had already googled him and that I knew he was a scam, and he argued the point but then said he was looking for a different person anyway, must be a wrong number, and he'd take me off the list. Great!

All he did was made threats!

A person named Kevin Chin said he was calling to collect a debt.  He said he was calling from a company called CPC and would be willing to take a payment over the phone.  SCAM!  BEWARE!

Kerps harrasing and now that i call him... i also got his name kevin chang dosent pick up the calls wont tell me what company he represents just likes to harras and treathen people with jail and reposession
