To get these stopped, get yourself an inline call blocker unit.  You can have a blacklist and a whitelist of callers.  Since the phone companies and the Do Not Call list are jokes or extremely unhelpful, this is your best bet.  I have mine set up and it works brilliantly.  Take control of your privacy and don't rely on others to do it for you, because they won't!

I called the number back and waited for an operator. After asking how to get on their do not call list, she said she would "email dispatch". Will have to wait to see if the calls stop.

I don't know who this is... I have blocked them but they still like to call.
I believe this is CenturyLink selling our phone numbers to telemarketers, regardless of your being on the Do Not Call list.

Same here! They kept calling at like 8:45pm, and every time I tell them to stop calling this late because they keep waking up my daughter who had just fallen asleep (same bedtime every night) and every f***ing night they call at the same damn time!! I've asked repeatedly to be taken off their lists but EVERY NIGHT they call and call. WTF! I am on the DNC list! This is harrassment!

Courage Center...have asked them before to stop.  They do and then they start up again.

They have been calling several times a day for the past week. No one picks up when I answer. No messages are ever left. If I get a hold of a live person, they are getting an earful. Honestly, who calls at 8:30 am on a Saturday, or 9:00 on a Sunday? Aren't there rules about this?

Totally agree. I used to donate clothes to Vietnam Vets and a number of other charities. They share phone lists and now I get calls from 3 or 4 charities weekly asking for clothes. I've come home and checked my phone log and sometimes they call 3 times in one day. I now drop off all my used clothing at a local Goodwill, where they don't ask for my phone number and don't call me. It's too bad needy and deserving veterans and other people may not get assistance because the organizations representing them harass the heck out us. They're immune to the do not call list and I think they're scum.

Nice thing about my phone. The call rejection feature. I can only add 15 numbers, though.

This is a call for a charity donation pick-up. They will not stop calling until after the currently scheduled pick-up date, unless you answer the call and tell them that you do not have anything for them to collect. Then they will start calling again for the next pick-up date. It gets very tiresome.

This is not Courage Center calling.  It's a third party company called Apogee and they do the phone solicitations for Courage Center.  I have asked multiple times to have them stop calling.....and the calls just keep coming.  Today I spoke with a supervisor and she told me flat out that the only way to get removed from their list is to speak with a supervisor....the normal folks on the phone do it only if they have time and can get around to it.

Although I do not answer this call, they just keep calling at all hours and all days.  They need to be stopped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't wait for campaign calls this Summer.

Receiving calls from Courage Center that they will be in our area to pick up clothing items.

Pick-up the phone and ask them to remove you from the calling list.  They are legally required to do so.  If you don't ask, they will continue to call...

The law:

"However, you also can ASK a telemarketer not to call you again, even if the telemarketer is exempt from the law. For example, if a professional telemarketer calls you on behalf of a charity, they must put you on their own do-not-call list if you request it."

If a telemarketer violates this, they are breaking the law and are subject to a healthy fine for each call.

I wish they would take our number from thier callling list. They call, we answer, they don't talk. It's VERY annoying. I believe it's a form of harrassment.

They are asking for donations. Doesn't bother me too much, they are not trying to sell products.

It's from the Courage Center.  I quit giving to them when they started to harass us with the phone calls.  Even when I prescheduled a pickup on their site they would still call.  I NO LONGER give to any organization that calls us.  I have asked several times to be removed from their list and told them I will not donate to them due to their calls.  They still have not removed us from their list.  They called twice yesterday.  Even though the first time I told them to remove us from their list they still called back last night.

I used to work as a telemarketer for an organization similar to this and trust me every telemarketer feels bad when a caller just simply says "take me off your list" because the telemarketer does not have the power to choose who we call the calls are made by an automatic dialer we also have no control over taking you off the calling list...the manager decides if they want to and 80% of the time they don't take the request seriously which is extremely frustrating for the person were calling and the telemarketer who's making the call. the most effective way to be taken off the list would be to say something along the lines of take me off your call list or I will report you to the attorney general if you throw in a few swear words into that line it should be a guarantee otherwise tell the telemarketer you want to speak to a supervisor...supervisors will make 100% sure that your name is takin off the list...hope this helps! I know if I could have takin a caller off the list myself when I was a telemarketer I would have immediately and so would all other telemarketers!

they call - I don't pick up - they never leave a message

They call all hours of the day. If I let the machine pick up, they don't leave a message. I have finally started picking up the phone and hanging it back up, not saying anything. Apparently they don't care, because they call me almost daily.

Just got a call from 952-881-1100 not the first time and they do not say anything when you answer.  So traced to MN Courage Center, no donations to them since they are being annoying and cannot talk when you answer.

Just called twice today. Now that I know who they are I can pick up and ask them to remove us from their list.
