No message - called the number back using *69 and received a fast busy signal which usually indicates a bad phone number.

i got a call from this number but they hung up when i tried to answer. I called back no one answered it sounds they hung up the phone.

Get several calls from this number at work.  There are a few numbers similar to this - all start with 952-955-xxxx.  They collectors use local numbers but this is generated out of state.
