told them we were registered with National DNC and to remove our phone number from their database.  they claimed they were not soliciting anything and were going to call again.  thank goodness I have call blocker!

2 calls from 954-354-1035 in 12 hr period.  As soon as I say hello, I hear talking, then them hanging up.
I just don't want a call from the area code that keeps your phone line hooked up running up $1000's in charges.
