I had the same experience: Nobody I know has that number and they did not leave
message. The phone number comes from Hollywood, FL (near BatonEaton & Miami). I also received asimilar call 2 hours later from 561-391-9949.

I have been getting them from this guy for the last few weeks. I suspect it is Alex Whitaker from www.american-autotransport.com I recently requested a quote from him (and others). I booked with another company, but he has continued to call despite asking him to stop. I just don't answer and he never leaves a message.

Keep getting calls from this number, don't know anyone in FLA, so I never answer and they NEVER leave a message.
