someone called from 954-376-3754 claiming to be investigator Alan Williams with AIS. He claims there is a civil claim and i need to address to matter ASAP, before a suit is filed against me. he left a call back number as 800-556-4717.

They call me with the same scam. This time the guys name was Allen Williams. Don,t fall for this. I repeat DONT FALL FOR THIS.

I received calls from this company threatening to take me to court (illegal)
My husband called and said the most we could pay was $x p month. They called this morning complaining about this and when I asked them, "Are you saying you won't accept our payment", the guy said we will not accept $x p month. I then told him that legally speaking, he has canceled our debt - if there was a legitimate one anyway. I called the actual company I owed the money to and they were using DMP - NOT AIS or any other company. I contacted the FTC and they said this is most likely a phishing scam. Be on the look out!

scam.... this company cannot do any of the things they threaten to do... they are just an everyday collection agency... their real name is asset recovery solutions... if they use "asset investigative services" sue them... its an easy $1,000 for you!!! don't take their bull anymore!!!!
