keeps calling me and not leaving a msg.

I called it back and the recording said they were offering a free insurance quote.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I don't usually answer calls from people I don't know, but I have received probably 10 calls from this number in the past few weeks. They never leave a VM, so I just called back, and I also got a busy signal. Guess they're busy calling their next person to harass.

yea, I got the same call, said they were offering health insurance, BCBS

Called me at 4:35 pm CDT on 12/14/2009.

Hung up right away.

This guy states he is with blue cross and blue shield.  He asks if you are on medicaid or social security disability.  He wanted to know if I was insured or not.  I hung up on him.

Oh, and the "one" time thing was also a lie because I had gotten missed calls to my cell phone from the same number twice before. If I call back, it's a busy tone.

I picked up, and they SAID they were Blue Cross Blue Shield offering me a ONE time opportunity to get a group rate on health insurance accepting preexisting conditions.  He was insistant and told me to get pen and paper to jot down his name.  Then he started asking me questions.  I told him wait a minute, you said you would give me your name first.  When I asked for a name, he said, "have a good day, mam, " and hung up. It was strange.  It might be a scam.

calls me no vm...annoying!

called me in WV this a.m. too..no vm.  Who are these people?
