Received call, when answered, was an automated voice activated message, without any identification of who was calling, asking for relative / friend / unknown / wrong number / associated list, "can you verify said name's address location press 1 for yes press 2 for no." In accordance with all state and federal consumer protection laws, that include deceptive and unfair business practices / tactics. Debt Collectors will identify themselves, are limited in the contact of family and friends,or from associated list will not harass, abuse, exploit  through the use of telephone contact.
