thank you for your review I too have been contacted by this company many times to sell property I own in Florida. last night I reviewed property value on the internet of my property and found out that it is worth more almost double of what they are offering so I decided to look this company up online and see what they are about after reading the reviews I am sure I do not want to deal with them Thanks

Yeh they try and get people to sell lower than market and flip them on.

Probably offer less than half of what the open market is.

I put my lot under contract with them and they really made money out of me. Messed me around and delayed the closing few times too, turned out they just assign the contract to someone else but pretend they buy them.

These guys are ex attorneys whom operated a high end car theft ring

I had a similarly negative phone conversation with Steve at Epic Land Holdings.  The guy has the social skills of a flea; he acted like I was bothering him.  They solicited me, not the other way around.  No foul language, but he hung up on me when I told him I didn't care for his attitude.

Got a letter from this company Epic Land Holdings LLC,
They wanted to buy my property for a ridiculously low amount.
I called  954-530-9383 to ask to be removed from his list and to never be contacted again by
his company!

BEWARE, DO NOT CALL!!!
This person is verbally abusive and does not comply with requests to be removed from his mailing list, he says he has no list, which I think is not true as he has printed this letter from some database, generated from public records. His response was to tell me to have them remove my info. from appraisers website.

I said" This is not acceptable I do not want to be contacted by your company again!"

He said 'F*ck You, c*ck sucker who are you to tell me what I can do!
I returned some of his four letters words and hung up on the jerk!
I will now report him to the FCC and file a mail abuse/harassment case in my local court.
