These A******* called me a million times in the last 3 weeks. Talk to them long enough and you get all the real dirt. They go by Health Service Providers - talking about a discount health plan.The plan CHBA "Consumer Health Benefits Association". I looked online and it's a scam. I talked with one guy who said Garry was the owner and if you want to call his cell it's 954-600-3826 their number from the website I went to is 877-426-4166

If you are a member of mypoints and fill out a quote form for health care insurance quotes, you will surely get calls from them. I always use a bogus phone number, since it is required to put a phone number down. I do this because I want information (and quotes) in writing, not some salesman calling by phone. Salesman always have a habit of telling you things that ain't so(or telling you what you want to hear), whereas in writing they are bound by it. It reeks of scam, just by the name they use. There ain't no technology to it!

I am having the same problems as everyone else here. They call once a day and when you answer there is silence. You call back and they never answer! Don't have any answers...thought I would talk to my cell company and see if this number can be blocked. Very annoying

Usually it is a silent msg with a hang up.The mans name was Larry Banish with Consumer Health Benefits Association.I requested information about health insurance from a different company a few months ago. He claims this is a follow up call about the info I received and requested.Never have received anything from this company.The number to return his call provided by him is 1-800-977-0449.

I'm tired of this CRAP. I received several calls (954-582-5364) throughout the day simular to other in this forum. I decided to call them. If you are getting these calls, contact them; fill up their inbox via email or straight up report them.

My wife also requested a personal health insurance online quote a couple of weekss ago. Now we are getting the irritating calls.  Anyone think that maybe they are calling to establish a pattern of when the residence has someone home?  A long shot, but why else would they call and then hang up?

This started around the time that I was looking into personal health insurance plans online and had to submit my phone number for more info on all the sites. I think it was taken from a fraudulent health insurance quote website. It irritates me though because now I get 3 calls a day from this jerk. I pick up and there's silence for a couple seconds, then it hangs up. When I call back it just rings and rings. Ugh.

I started getting calls from 954-582-5364 a few days ago. All my caller ID says is Pompanobch, FL. They call 3 or 4 times in a row, a few seconds apart, even if I don't answer the phone and there's only dead air on the other end if I do pick up. This is so annoying.

This person keeps calling my cell phone, about six times per week.

I've been getting calls everyday from this number.  If its a solicitor they are sure not doing a good job cause no one ever talks...so if you have nothing to say, do not disrupt my home and stop calling!!!

I just did one of the google links and it showed that 9545825364 is a landline in Pompano Beach FL, Broward County.  The company was Florida Digital Network.  That was free info.  I didn't pay to see the rest.

when I answered the phone , I heard a click, they hung up.  I redialed and no one answered.  I will check my phone bill next month to see if it has a city and state.

I've been receiving calls from this same number every couple of days for months.  The caller ID always says either "MAGNOLIA TECHNO" or "Pompano Beac FL".  No one is ever there when I answer, and no one leaves a voice mail message if I'm not home when they call.  I tried calling them back but it rings forever with no one picking up.  Since I can only block anonymous numbers and this one's not anonymous, I followed Leo's advice and filed complaints with the FCC for the last two calls I got (the only ones still in my phone's caller ID memory).  I plan to file a complaint for each call I receive until the FCC shuts these a$$holes down.

This time I got a liar who said they also had insurance to sell. He spent an hour and a half of my life on this call--mainly because he kept giving me the details of his own surgery (lung removal), his time as a Marine in Kosovo, his three kids... On and on it went, with unprofessional language like "cr-p" and "sh--" and when it came time to verify the charges, the guy at the verification department said, "Just so you know, this is a patient advocacy plan and not insurance." I. Hit. The. Roof. I went off on the dingbat sales rep, and he tried calling me back TWICE after that. The third time I lit him up and he said, "f--- you." You can bet I called his supervisor after that. All of their calls are recorded, so that rep is in big trouble. BUT, then the guy's supervisor tried to sell me something. Unbelievable.

The dingbat who called me was Gary Reid. The enrollment manager there is Robert Franz. There is a Keith Street there as well, as he answered when I called demanding to talk to Gary Reid's supervisor.

I requested info on health insurance, spoke to two different people and get about 10 phone calls a day still from this number, but always from a different person.  And most of the time its a sctrachy staticky phone call.  They have a lot of nerve harassing people.  If i had wanted to purchase insurance from these people, i sure as heck wouldn't now, they ruined it for themselves.  Now, whenever we see this number calling in, we'll simply hang up and report it each and every time since I specifically told them not to call me anymore, put me on their do not call list and that i'm on the national do not call list.  These are nasty people.

I get a call about once a day. I too spoke with "Keith Street" about a month ago. I want to call them back but I can't remember the number or the name of their company. All I know is that it is a PPO & non-profit company out of Florida. If I find the number that connects you to Keith Street I am posting it so we can all call them & hang up.

They call every other week day. Never says anything on voicemail.Annoying as all get out.Stop calling my cell phone.I also looked into health insurance a few months back.If this is them just now responding,don't bother.Who would work with a compnay that takes that long to respond.Con Artists or rip off I'm sure.

These sound like a boiler room scam.  I tried entering this number in my call blocking information on my phone and it says this number is not available to block.  So I guess you need to change the number.
