This is a scam call from a company trying to threaten you into sending them hundreds of dollars by making up a false claim from years ago.  (not going to a timeshare presentation.)  This is bogus, please report them to the BBB so they can be stopped.

Dr. Christopher Greene is the head of this scam and the artist.  I just wish a lawyer in Florida would start a class action suit against him and Monica his wife.

chris greene is the master scammer for some reason everybody sounds like him they did this to me too and i found out there information, i have a freind in the fbi that owed me a favor. lets call him and bother them  Chris Greene cell phone 561-929-9223 and other numbers to reach him 561-395-7249, 561-926-3313, 216-272-4533 and his home address is 21950 Soundview Ter. apt#101 Boca Raton, FL 33433 whenever your in fl stop by and pay him a visit.

To Paul, these guys has been threatening me since 11-15-08 to sue me for fraud, ruin my credit and see me in court... one problem they haven't done one thing to make any of this happen....
Meanwhile, they no longer have a state license to operate, they are going to find themselves in court by the government agencies for CRIMINAL fraud, the BBB has all but washed their hands of these creeps. The creeps websites are fraudulent and BELIEVE ME, I have contacted many people to let them know that they are being named as supporters to these scammers..... so it is going to be simply IMPOSSIBLE to take you to court for ANYTHING!
There is absolutely NO LAW against calling yourself an ATTORNEY.... you know like CHRIS GREENE the main creep of this scam actually calls his self a DOCTOR.....no lie, look for yourself it is there, they just say the most impossible things, they are desperate.

Get a recorder for your phone(Radio Shack) record their calls--don't worry about if it is legal in your state--judges don't care if it is evidence of a crime--tell them they have until midnight to pay you $1000
for each time they called you or you will take them to court-and win.

These people called my spouse this afternoon and asked to talk to me but I was not home . They then were apparently hostile to her and said we owed about $439 or so for failure to take a time share tour while we stayed at the Venetian in Las Vegas on Mar 19, 2004. She had talked to a "Nathaniel".

She called me upset and I called them back to see what was up. I asked for Nathaniel's supervisor and do not know who I was then talking to and they said they could only talk to her. I told them I was her attorney(but meant to say attorney in fact ) since I am her spouse and represent her in all  matters. I made the mistake of calling from my work phone and a Mike from the same number called my office and stated "he ran their legal department and that I was belligerent and threatening". He then said they had recorded my message of me committing a crime by representing myself as an attorney. I told him I meant attorney in fact and he said it did not matter that unless we paid the bill before he hung up that they would take legal action and prosecute me. I asked if he was an attorney and he said not and then he said they are in Florida. I told him further I wanted to cooperate in all ways possible and he said he would send me documentation of the debt to my  family email and apparently had my address of record. I told them I do not recall the transactions and asked if they had m SSN and they said no. They gave me until  9 PM PST tonight  to  pay the debt or  they said they would take legal action against me and have me prosecuted.

I will have to trust my lay person's knowledge of the law that I probably wont spend time in jail for trying to protect my spouse and made a vmental and verbal error under duress about my role in calling for her when in fact they were trying to reach me and not her and I guess each person is their own attorney.

Thanks for your post.  I did notify BBB in Orlando - I had same addy, zip & state in FL but he said "Coral Gables" was city.  I think he told me "1st Class Executive Travel."  Phone number he gave me 866-467-0549 ext. 6.   My travel was over 5.5 yrs ago, to Las Vegas and I had booked through Leisure Time Travel; family reunion.

Claims a reduced rate hotel purchase I made, included a timeshare presentation that I did not attend, costing the company (Leisure Time Travel and now 1st Class Executive Travel-$459.43) He had my last 4 digits credit card, email,home addy, names of other family members at same event, event purpose, hotel and dates of stay.  I had to pay up (could then get $400 credit to attend an Anaheim resort timeshare presentation) or have my debt turned over to a collections agency and showing up on my credit report and ultimately ruining my credit.

Hi Lindy i have had the same experience with them and it was about 5 and a half yeas ago for me also. I also used Leisure Time to book  and  there was nothing on the web sight about a Timeshare presentation, i sent them a drop dead letter before Christmas and i have not been contacted sence I also ask for a copy of the agreement and they sent a form letter  with the same crap he said over the phone. I will not pay this no matter what , it is a scam and they know it and we know it and i will sue if it is put on my credit report. good luck to you  and others like us

I got this same call in Nov, Dec, Jan I set up a site last week it is simple and confusing but has allot of info on it. I constantly look for the new numbers and new names and new company names these guys are using. Please report to the BBB and FTC and other places. Hooray, It?s working, the BBB is finally wise to these guys and posted the following today! on their BBB site, I guess Chris Greene and his buddies are going to have to threaten to sue the BBB now, they have threatened everybody else.

The only thing I can think of to do is cancel your credit card charges "if they got to you" and turn this into the BBB and FTC and everyone else you can think of... that is what I am doing.

This number that called us regarding the same scam, which they claim we owe over 400 dollars for not attending a timeshare presentation while at our hotel in Las Vegas over five years ago.  We never agreed to or heard anything about attending a timeshare presentation.  Why would they wait 5 1/2 years if it was legitimate?  The company we actually booked our hotel through, Leisure Time, went out of business years ago.  They had an F rating through the BBB.  If you get a call about this same scam, from Executive Travel or First Class Travel Wise, contact the BBB and FTC to help get these criminals stopped.

The company also called me and left this number.  Cole said it was the legal department, but then he said it was the corporate office, and later said it was the receivables department.  
Make sure you keep notes on anything Cole says.

Calls saying I owe them money from 4 years ago but never tell me how much. The number belongs to First class travel in forida. Sean Cole is the person that is speaking to me and is very unprofesional.
