Received another call from PRC (whoever that is) and they did not leave a message. Caller ID 954-623-1466.

Received a call from PRC 4 days in a row and they leave no message.  Caller ID 954-623-1466.  I do not want them to keep calling, what should I do?

The purpose of these calls is Philip Morris contacting the number to update customer information. The number that is calling you is a terrible computer-based dialing program that is supposed to have some sort of voice recognition software that determines that there is someone on the line and then transfers you to a live agent. The best thing is to call these people back and just ask them to remove the number. They will ask you the number that was dialed (Your number) and remove it. A typical reason that they are calling you is because you either signed up for a mailing list at some point or they have your number incorrectly listed on someone else's internal record. They are not trying to sell anything, because due to the MSA (Master settlement agreement) of 1998 they are not permitted to advertise their products to individuals that do not smoke cigarettes.

Not every person that calls you is trying to sell your something. Stop being so damn paranoid and proactively do something about the calls instead of strapping on your tin-foil hats and crying on the Internet.

It probably is an agent for Phillip Morris. I know I'm on their list. If you purchase their products, have signed up for a special offer, or a coupon issued to you was used by anyone... they have a business relationship with you and they are allowed to call you.

Although... I do have a problem with companies having machines call people, not leaving a message when given the opportunity and continuing to call and call unceasingly when they've repeatedly been given the opportunity to state their business and leave a number until a person is forced to deal with them in order to make it stop. That's harrassment in my book... Nobody should have the right to use machines to harrass you for days , weeks or months into supplying survey data or listening to a sales pitch, even if you do business with their company. We need a law about that.

954-623-1466 This is Phillip Morris.  As in Marlboro Cigarettes!  I finally caved in and answered this irritating disturbance.  She (with a think accent) said she was with  Phillip Morris and that Marlboro recently tried to mail me something and it came so she wanted to update my mailing address.  I told her no  thanks though.  I didn't trust it.

i called this number but it was busy all day long. whoever this caller is from florida, i hope my airtime on my cell is not being wasted.i am just very frustrated and worried because i cant get hold of them. they are busy. please help me who is my caller. 954 623 1466.

They have been calling me every day so I called back.  I also got the message that they are called PRC, sounds like a survey-taking service or something.  I left my number to add to their do-not-call list.  We'll see if it works.

I have received three calls today and one yesterday from this number.  when I answer, there is just dead air.

Some dude saying he was from Phillip Morris and wanted to do a survey.

I got a call from that number earlier in the day and no one was on the line, so I called it back and there was a message that it was not a working number. Later this evening I got a call from that number again and it was a representative of Phillip Morris conducting a survey about cigarette smoking.

I just got a call from this number. I did not pick up and there was a 2 seconds silence voice mail. I called back and the recorded message says it is a company called PRC... blah blah blah, and at the end of the message, it says I can be placed on their DO NOT CALL list by leaving my phone number. I did not do that since I have no idea who they are.

Have rcv'd several calls from them. They actually called me Sunday morning on Thanksgiving wknd. What the hell?

My ex-husband works for them. Not only are they a piece of crap for their call practices, I get child support whenever they feel like taking it out of his check. They're a***oles, all the way around.

For 2 weeks 2 phone calls a day.  I have not answered

I've been getting calls from this number the past week.  My cell broke so I had to get it replaced, since I've done that this is when the calls started.  My number has been on the do not call list for over a year so they should have my number.  However, I finally answered the phone b/c it wouldn't stop calling.  It was a computer saying that they were inquiring about mail I had recieved from Phillip Morris to call 800-728-4622.  I've called them and was on hold for over 5 minutes before I hung up.

I have been receiving calls for weeks now. I did some checking and it is indeed a Phillip Morris company calling. I called them and had my name and number removed from their list, which I have never signed up for anything with them before. The main number for this company IS (954) 623-1465. I also called the attorney general for the state of Florida. I was informed if you receive 3 additional calls after removing you from the call list you can take them to court and sue them for $650 for each call received after your removal from the call list.

So who is Wayne Hall and who/want in the HALL does he want?

They have been calling me daily now, yesterday 2 times, I want this to stop, please does anyone know what,s up with this?
