Just received the call after I applied to hear more information about University of Maryland University College. I didn't answer and did not receive a voice mail, but I'd guess that's it based on everyone else's responses

I started to apply for financial aid through Fasfa  But the online information app wanted my Social Security number.and I found that unusual for a ligitmate organization.  (the course was for internet security)  Hmmm  so i closed out the window.  Not 10 minutes later they called.  No to get them to not call,.

It was a return call from Maryland University on-line course information request I made.  Legit.

did not answer either but they left voice mail. it is a call center or tech center that supports online courses for universities. If you expressed interest in an online program they are either calling to ask about sending more info or in my case letting me know there were some technical problems with the site i originally went to. & now those issues were resolved. Doesn't sound like they are trying to do much harm. I could be wrong...
