After receiving numerous calls w/ no voice msgs, called this number to see who was trying to reach me. The woman who answered the phone indicated that it was a law office. She then used my phone number, from the caller id, to verify my name. After I verified that I was that person, she asked me to verify my birthdate. I said I wouldn't verify that information without knowing what the call was in reference to. She said she couldn't share this info unless I verified she was talking to the right person. I told her that we were at an impasse then because she was contacting me and knew who I was but I didn't know her, the law office or the purpose of her call and refused to validate any personal identifiable, like date of birth. I told her that if it was important enough, they better figure out another way to communicate with me. Then I hung up. My personal opinion is this person was phishing for info for a future identity theft attempt.
