They want to "buy your company"  Google Generational Equity, they prey on mom and pop businesses and have a very bad rep.  When I dumped her into our scammer voice mail after she asked for our owner, she had a big spiel about "acquiring" the company and left a direct line with an extension.  I deleted it.
