They have been calling me for 3 days now. They told me I won a vacation. I told them I never registered for a contest. They said I registered back in 2009. They are wanting my credit card info to get registered for the trip. I am so thankful for Google I just type in the number and get all kinds of info on this number. SCAM!!!!

I've been getting calls from this number and other numbers with a 954 area code several times throughout the day. I researched each number and all roads lead back to a "business" called Discount World Vacations. After doing some research, I found they actually have several business names as well as several web sites. Each web site looks poorly constructed as if done by an amateur webmaster and there are spelling and grammatical errors all over the place. The web pages themselves have long scroll bars (Like they crammed all their information and pictures onto a single page) and look like something out of a 1990's web site. Very sketchy and suspicious, in my opinion. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, so I let them go to voicemail, but this "business" never leaves a voicemail. They hang up before the four rings can route it to voicemail. I'm on the National DO NOT CALL registry so if the calls continue, I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and suggest others do the same. The following numbers all belong to Discount World Vacations, and they have used these numbers to call me repeatedly during the day. I have blocked each number on my mobile phone so it does not ring when they call and instead, goes straight to voicemail. I'd suggest anyone receiving these annoying calls also look into blocking Discount World Vacation's numbers on your phone, either through a third-party application or your wireless or landline provider. Also, I would not recommend giving them your address, personal, or billing information over the phone as I suspect they are multi-level marketing or timeshare scammers, pyramid schemers, or fraudsters.

Received a call on Aug 9 on my cell. A man asked for Christopher. Told him wrong number. I don't give out my cell #. Call rang thru again today but I didn't answer.

Same thing here I missed about 40 calls from them before finally picking up. He guy talked for 10 mins about a trip to Florida. When I said no he was obviously irritated. I mean if it's such a great deal why would he be upset, he should have no trouble getting rid of the packages! Super annoying.

vacation is a scam........hiddn costs taken up front by the thousands........and when you say no thank-you...they get very verbally abusive. I called back to complain and ask for a supervisor...and got the very same people...george and richard. Richard was VERY RUDE and fought with me over the phone. I also, am on the NO CALL LIST. Do NOT give this company any information.

Called me @ 11:00 a.m. to inform me that I won an 18 day vacation and that it is only $498.00 for two people. I asked if they wanted the money now and they said yes. I said that I would need time to verify the info. The woman told me that I could look it up while she was on the phone. She gave me the web address - www.floridacruisebeauru.com and the server could not be found. When I told the woman this, she hung the phone up! Don't fall for it! Major scam!!!!
