They are harassing me almost everyday and I'm sick of it I have never got a loan from them ever!!!

I have gotten 3 emails from this scammer. I forwarded the first one to my local FBI office, and they asked me to file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov

Though I had little doubt that this "arrest warrant" was phoney, having the FBI tell me it's a full blown scam is proof positive.

I would urge everyone to do the same, and file a complaint against this person, so that people such as this that prey on others through intimidation and misrepresenting the facts can be held accountable for their actions.

i have to been getting threating phone calls for the last 3 months from a Ronnie Wilson but from a 347-903-8982 number and he has been calling my work and leaving voicemails threating to put me be hind bars if i do not return his phone call im so glad i googled his name and found this befor i called him back i was starting to get sick of the phone calls

I received at least 15 consecutive calls from a person in Hollywood, Florida.  He woyuld not quit calling me, something about that I should appear in court in the morning or I would feel the consequences.  I do not owe anyony any money, thismust be a sham.  He claims to be an attorney, and he could hardly speak English.  Can I block the calls from coming?

i have reseived a call from s9ome foreign idiot with a indian accent can't even pronounce my name. he says he is an attorney and wants me to call him or have my attorney call him about a time sensitive matter . andif i don't call i will be in trouble. i have call the FBI and reported him. if you talk too him and tell him he is a fraud he will get nasty with you. best thing to do is copy down the numbers and when they appear on your caller id don't answer.

This number calls and the person (Ronnie Wilson)or(David Thomas) states that they are a Florida State Attorney and that you are being investigated by the state attorney for an unpaid loan and if you don't make payment immediately you will be arrested with in the hour. This person has your Social Security number and place of employment phone number, which he calls. With in the past few months many people have incountered these same harrassing phone calls. If you google the phone number you will find a forum of comments on this subject.

Attorney Ronnie Wilson.  Threatens about money that never was owed.  Complete Scam.  He should be arrested.  What can we do?

i do not owe this company any money or any other company that i am not already working with.

this same guy called me today first owed 200 then when my husband called them back he told him i owed 1000,00 he would not give us who i owed money to just said he wasgoing to have me arrested in the morning and got mad and hung up

This people call me drive me crazy they said this is a atorney and if you dont paid we going to contact the police to get you arrest

called my cell and my house never would tell me what the charge was or what the case was about just said i needed to have my attorny call them or i was going to be behind bars sorry to say I work for a sheriff department when i told them this they hung up then called back and cursed me out

How did you report them to the  Federal Trade Commission and FBI?  I would love to do the same.

Oh that is funny.  They told me that they were going to show up at my job and have me arrested.  I told them to come on.  I was not scared of there threats becasue I didn't owe anything.  They do the same thing to me... stop for a month and then start back up.  It's a game to me now.  I can't wait for their call.....just gives me an excuse to fight with someone on the phone.  lol

they call and represent themselves as attorneys like Ryan Taylor or Ron Adams but they have a heavy mid eastern accent, best I can find out is they purchased charge off debt from online payday loans and are trying to collect any money what so ever. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. IT'S A SCAM!!!!

I have received the same calls...repeatedly for months on my cell and my work number.  Always heavy Indian accent, and always names like Daniel Thomas, Ronnie Wilson, Alex Wilson.  I had to change my cell phone number and I don't even answer the calls at work anymore, but they still leave threatening voice mails...so they aren't afraid of being tracked...because it doesn't seem like anything can be done to stop them.  I have reported them to the FBI as well as FL Atty General's office to no avail.  They are operating from over seas and I was told the only thing I can really do is change my phone numbers.  Really?  There is nothing that can be done to stop these people since they are not in the US at all.

Called and said they were Danbury police.

Just received a threatening call from thus number as well. I'm going to report them to the business bureau and I suggest everyone do the same cause they are still at it.

I had gotten these calls ALOT of time, I made the mistake of even sending them money cuz I didn't know what to do, now I just ignore the calls but even tho I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, how can I keep them from callin my phone w/o feelin scared to even pick up the phone??

I got a called from this number as well, got very upset when I sad if you call this number again I will contact th proper authority. I had to inform my relatives and my place of employment, because they tried to call them as well.

I highly suggest calling them back during business hours (from skype or something, not your real phone) and stringing them along, playing along with them for as long as possible while they explain everything about their "arrest procedure" and "downloading the case to the sherrif" OMG this was fun, I talked to them for 10 - 15 minutes or so, played super dumb, had them explain and re explain everything to me, had us setting up a "payment arrangement" and then right when the "terms" were being settled on the payment arrangement I started asking them about their scam, and if they realized that their number was listed on the internet with a bunch of reviews and stuff like that. So fun, maybe the best was about halfway through the "you will get arrested conversation" when I started wailing and asking, "but what about my children!! I only have 200 dollars!!"
For a slow rainy holiday, this was pretty amusing. Then they hung up on me and I followed it up by calling and recalling over and over again by skype and google voice at the same time, so while they would ignore the skype number, they would pick up the google voice number, and we could start all over again :) I wish I knew of some way to get hundreds of people to call them, because I think it would interrupt their business.

I recieved a threatening phone call today stating that I owed a debt for a cash advance. I was told that they were from the US Attorney Generals office in Florida.They even knew the name of my bank. I was told if I did not pay them $400 today I would be arrested on Tuesday. After arguing with him for awhile (I could hardly understand what he was saying due to an Indian accent) he hung up on me because I kept asking for details on this case. I did report this to my local Sherriff's office as well.

i called me 15 times today saying something about a payday loan which i never applied for dont answer this phone call

They called me at least 20 times in a row when I wouldn't answer. Said it was my final warning. Left messages on my cell, too. Thick accent. Really annoying.
