This is from a dating service called Just Lunch.  If you have used the service before, they "review" your file every few months and then a sales person needs to call you .

I've been called a bunch from this number, I never answer but finally did. She knew my first and last name..... I said "sorry wrong number ". I then called back. She said hi, Susan. I hung up. 3 sec call. I don't know any Susans in Florida! WTF is this number calling!!??

This number is calling every other day usually in the morning (west coast time).  I will not pick up unrecognizable numbers and they never leave a message.
