My caller ID showed only Edinburg, TX and they left no message on my answering machine.  When I called the number back a recorded message came on saying this conversation would be recorded.  When a person answered they identified themselves as "South Credit" (basically a collection agency).

They asked for a person with my name and when I questioned the reason why the only reply was asking if I was the correct person, when I asked for additional information they said they had the wrong person and just hung-up.  

Since they are a collection agency and know I am not the person they want, it is against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and enforced by the Federal Trade Commisison (FTC).  If I get additional calls I will post it on this site.
