Someone called me this morning at 12:19 a.m. I have no idea, they left no message and tried to look it up, but the reverse number just says it is an unpublished number from harlingen, tx! I do not know who this is! This is very annoying! Who is this?

Answered and only heard switching noises but no message or person. Called it back and got the same thing.

I have this number continually showing up on our 800 toll free phone number billing statement and like the other postings here, when phoning the number there is either silence or hang ups. As it is probably a solicitation of some sort and they are using toll free numbers it appears they are not ethical. In my opinion particularly since they continue to phone ... it's never ending ... it must be an auto dialer with an unethical input technician.
