I receive hang-up phone calls at weird hours like the latest 2:30 AM EST on Sunday 2-10-08.

I am sick of these phone calls.  Who are these people and why do they call?

area code is for South Texas, but it's easy to get a virtual number with any area code. call back to the number yields an electronic recording of the number you made the call from. DRAT! One of these days I will be able to lock in on the physical addresses of these idiots.

I receive calls from this number, but as soon as I answer the number, the caller hangs up.
