i also faced same problem, I loosed Rs62/- Currency,,,on 30th jan  I raised complaint in mobile customer care,--
They are not ready to refunding .., (Aircel network..)  plz let me know yours network..?
As per online research,,, its :-(State: West Bengal [includes Andaman & Nicobar, Sikkim].
Service Provider: Vodafone. [ GSM ],,.)
Someone making unnecessary missed call, stealing currency,, lets share some more info  ,, we give complaint against them,,
