This is for the bunch of clowns who used to call from 118-111-9999; both of those are obviously fake numbers.  Card Services is the company name they use on their taped message.

The pre-recorded message says this is about your current credit card, there is no problem, but if you would like to reduce your interest rates, press 9.  So, I pressed 9.  A live person came on and said, Hello, did you press 9 to lower your interest rates?  I said, no, I pressed 9 to get you to stop calling my house.  She apparently was not amused and hung up on me.  I will be filing a claim with the FCC.

Just got the same number but missed the call.  Wish I would have answered, I would have laid them a new a***ole!  They need to get a REAL job!

Got call from 965-000-4545 wanting the  "lower my interest rates" when I asked where they were from they hung up on me.
