The pre-recorded message says this is about your current credit card, there is no problem, but if you would like to reduce your interest rates, press 9. So, I pressed 9. A live person came on and said, Hello, did you press 9 to lower your interest rates? I said, no, I pressed 9 to get you to stop calling my house. She apparently was not amused and hung up on me. I will be filing a claim with the FCC.
