They also use 866-929-5306 & 5307, 966-929-5306 & 5307. Someone else mentioned they also use the 266 area code. Leaving no message & calling a dozen times a day doesn't seem to me to be a very good business plan.

They also use 866-929-5307. When I first started looking it up, according to the info I found the 966 is not a valid area code in the US. This is the 3rd day I've received calls from 9669295307. I reported it to FCC yesterday because when you call the number back, it gives a message that it is not a valid code or number! They are going against FCC regulations.

It's Capitol One. They also used a 266-929-5306 number. Probably wanting to sell you a card.
