I get a call from this number every single day. Today, 4 times. I attempted to answer in the past a few times and there were long pauses when I did pick up and nobody actually on the line. They never leave a voicemail. It's annoying. I wish I could somehow block these idiots from ever calling my phone again. How do they get away with this. I don't owe anybody money so I have no idea what is going on, why they call me and how they got my number.

Get a call on most days from this number. They have yet to leave a message. It is scum like these people that are the reason I screen all my phone calls. With several scams, if you answeer the phone, it is almost like giving verification as to who you are and they infor they have, and permission to access that info. If you dont recognize a number, dont answer. If it is important, the person will leave you a message.

Plillip and Burns collection agency of Buffalo NY where a bunch of this type of scum have collected. They have an office in Tampa or St Pete FL too. They have been sued several times. I have NEVER answered their calls and NEVER will.

I got a call from them twice today. I never answered and they never left a message. I called back later and someone picked up, there was silence then the sounds of some movement and so i said hello. There was a lady on the end and she automatically asked for me. I asked who she was and she gave me her name and some company called P&B Solutions.I asked her what it was and all she said was "it's my business" So i asked again and asked if she was a debt collector, trying to sell something, or tryin to tell me i won something. Next thing i know i got hung up on. When i called back immediatly, it was just a busy signal.

I did a search on line and supposedly this number is for a flower shop in Ft Collins Colorado, but i dont think that's true.
