Does not seem they pay much attention to the "Do not call list".

CID said "LOVELAND,CO".  Called on a holiday. I answered hello, waited and said hello again, then they hung up, never said anything.

Caller ID Loveland, CO. Silence then hangup. Calls every work day around the same time.

The same as Padmini receives-constant calling-silence- then disconnect. calls about three times a week.

SAID HELLO IS THIS JUDY, I SAID YES, THEY HUNG UP...............WHAT'S THEIR POINT?  JUST TO PROVE THEY CAN BE JUVENILE IDIOTS?

This number called me 3 times and each time when I say hello silence on the other side. Disconnects after a minute. Please find out who this is and disable them from calling

Caller ID said Loveland CO and the number is 949-663-5975
I called 949-663-5975 and received automated message that number has been disconnected. This means that the firm is spoofing the Caller ID which is illegal.
I informed him we are on the Do Not Call Registry and he said he would call back later.
I tried to call the 800 number and after 5 minutes was still on hold.

National Bancard Monitor is located at 500 W Southern Avenue, Mesa, AZ 85210 and their local listed number is 480-464-2265?

Research reveals this is a scam that preys on the elderly. They call elderly people and trick them into giving their soc sec number and credit card number and record them agreeing to pay hundreds of dollars.

They kept asking for my elderly mother by name and saying 'who are you?' because I was asking questions.

It seems wrong that they can break the law by spoofing caller ID in my case and in other cases by defrauding people and still stay in business.

Nope....this number is not out of service...they just called me.  I love this area code reporting of unknown callers....have black listed 8 numbers in 2 days....and I'm on the "do not call" list....guess it doesn't do anygood to be on the list...still get dozens of calls every day.  Recently switched from land line to cell...now i don't have to answer unwanted calls.  If they are important, they will call back.

These folks have called before and never left a message. They called our house today. My son answered. Asked for my husband who was not home and were told such. They hung up without saying anything else. I tried to call back and it says the number has been disconnected....

Called left no message and hung up.

The caller ID said the call was from Loveland, Co, but the gentleman I talked to said he was calling from Arizona. He was offering me a chance to reduce my interest rate on my credit cards as well as any loans I might have. He was pleasant enough, even inquiring about the fire burning up in the foothills. When I told him I already had interest rates lower than what he could offer, he wished me a nice day and said goodbye.

Polite gentleman said he was from "Bankcard" and wanted me to know of a way to reduce my credit card debt. I informed him my debt is under control and he was in violation of the Colorado No-Call List. He argued with me, saying that "we are allowed to call one time." I said I planned to report him and asked that he never call this number again.
