This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Odd, because untill I got my cell number on Do Not Call list I had never recieved a telemarketing call

Have received 8 calls in 4 days.  Let them all go to VM as I don't answer numbers that I don't know. The computer/robot leaves 1/3 of a message and hangs up.

Received this unwanted call about purchasing home security system

Got a call from this number.... Nothing on the other end... then it went to a fast busy signal. Called the number back because I was curious on who this was since they were calling my house 3-4 times a day and it told me the number was diconnected.
I was so ready to tell these scammers off because they woke up my baby

It was a pre-recorded message, not sure what garbage they were pushing!

I am getting the same annoying calls at elast 3 a day. I have an unlisted number. What a joke.

Recording: "FBI reports numerous break-ins in your area...." This is about where we hang up. How do you get them to stop calling?!? It's sometimes up to 2 Xs a day!

Called 2X Talked about getting money for all kinds of things. And free too.

Caller ID read PSERVICE.    Recording stated local police have reported many break-ins in our area.    If I allowed them to put a "small sign" in our yard, they would install a security system for FREE...yep, scammers.

Got a call from this number about 3 times in one day. Pre-recorded message is offering me a free alarm system if I let them put a sign in my yard. Each time I hit 9 to get put on the do not call list as it instructs, but it keeps calling. I called back and got a message that its a disconnected number.

I'm half tempted to press 1 for more information to find out who's behind it.

The message said they would place a small sign in my yard if I let them install a GE security system in my home. I don't know why that made me laugh so hard...

Called twice while I was on the other line.  First call came in as "Alarm System MK" and less than 30 seconds after that, came up as "Gresham OR".  Same number both times.  Don't pick it up.

got a call from this number saying that they are guardme security in clearwater florida.

Received call from this number today  (2/6/12)  at 1:03 pm.  It states that if you want to make $1500 plus listen to message.  If you don't want us to call you, please press 9.  Didn't pick up since it is an unfamiliar number.  Comes up PService on caller id.

Caller ID reads, Service Info, 971 220-1916.  A recording states that there have been several foundation problems in the homes in my area and to please call them for a free estimante.  Yea, right, SCAMMERS.
