i have traced it to be ether a Indian or Nigerian person and it is a free money scam
location is Clackamas county GRESHAM, OR
i haven't hired a pro team to get exact address and info but i don't need to the FBI are currently investigating this scam

Just got a call from 971-220-1937 Gresham, OR. after I said hello there was a silence then a beep and female computer voice said goodbye and hung up.

This number called and on the pre-rec. message siad the F.B.I reported there's a brake in every 15 sec. and they said we could get a house general electric monitoring systems   971-220-1937 i was like ok, and hey gave me coustmer sev. number 888-514-5621 called them back after reading this, Gusee who i called Flower Shop yayaya! Now we can order Flowers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call the number back 971-220-1937 and they give you an option to push 1 at anytime to never receive calls from their service again. They have 24 hours to comply. Good luck.....

unwanted calls every few hours, im on the do not call list. this is one of a few numbers used as a front and it cant be called back. indian guys calling from oregon.

Just rec'd call from Gresham, Oregon.  Young BLACK male, with marbles in his mouth, kept asking for VANESSA. When I asked home boy  who the f*** he wanted to talk to he hung up.

Apparently, "Hello World" is a computer program which shows up on displays, so these scammers are using the program to make it look like a business phone number is calling.

Received a call from this number today. I let the machine pick up and the caller did not leave a message. The Caller ID read "Hello World." I am sick of scammers and fake people and companies doing this. If they were legit, they'd leave a message.

This number has been calling several times a day. On my caller ID is says, "Hello World". Weird!

just recieved another call from this one and it was a man that was talking fast and sounded like abu from the simpsons. could not understand him cause he talked so fast and after he said a sentence he said ok thank you. im tired of these calls.
