They always leave a voice mail that gets cut off. When we call back, it says its Capital One and they want your account # or your social security number. You cannot reach a real person/operator.

Stop calling my prepaid phone f******!! I don't know who they are but they call all hours of the weekend. I picked up once and they asked for Maria and I told them there is no Maria here, STOP CALLING! So they started calling more frequently! Also calls from 972-378-3566 and 972-378-3598 and 972-378-5050. I don't even know what area code that is. STOP CALLING!!!

This is Capital One Auto Finance. They start calling one day after your car payment is due,while you are still in your grace period. Now I know one should not be late with car payments,but in this economy sometimes you can't help it. Either way they start calling the day after ours is due, even though I always paid mine within the grace period and have made my payents on time for 4 years now. They call my cell phone over 60 times a week. They let it ring one half ring and hang up-while I'm at work,late at night,holidays,weekends. They don't care. I have asked over and over for them to just call once a day,but they say they can call as many times as they want to. Today they have called my phone 11 times. Relentless and won't work out anything to help you.

It is a private landline on Plano and they wanted my account numbers, when I asked her for name and employer ID she said she only would give it to me after I gave her my account numbers. Sounded very fishy to me. I reverse trace did not reveal a capital one number. Be careful....
