I also have a fraudulent charge on my bank statement, and am reporting it to my bank.  I have no idea who or what this is.

This has been going on for some time. How can I find out if I've been ripped off before? Sometimes I don't look at or question some of the billing because my wife might use occassionally.  $950.00 I would probably notice and investigate, but $9.50 I don't know. Human nature, whatever. I'm dissapointed the bank just pays instead of stopping these people from stealing from us. I may just cancel this card and go with another bank that gives a damn. Any suggestions? Thanks

BTW, they also issued me a new credit card, new number....got it in two days.

Well, my bank gave me credit, and said it had resolved the issue. No details.

Just so happens the card they used, I actually cancelled but it was the first card in the list that amazon saved since I shop there all the time. I just deleted my saved cards and suggest no one keep theres saved in there either. It will most likely fall off of my account because that card is no longer active. Oh and the charge was for $9.50 from the same company with the same number. I called and it said they didn't set up their voicemail. Amazon was the only company that had the card on file. Also, they didn't call me but the charge just showed up on my account and I notices since im broke most of the time and I check my account daily.

It may possibly be orders from Amazon or T Mobile - they keep the card details and are the only places I have ordered from. I am in UK.

I got the charge as well, and I live in Canada! The date of the transaction was Sep 11! Not Funny :^(
The cc company will be sending them a dispute letter.... ugh

I just noticed the same exact thing on my online statement today.  It said the charge was placed on 9/11/12 and was posted on 9/12/12.  I immediately informed my bank and am waiting to find out what happens.

I just got hacked today also.  The same way.    What we have to figure out is how they got our CC numbers - what is the common denominator with all of us - Paypal, I Tunes, XM Satellite, what state is everybody from?  I'm from Illinois.  Anyway, the phone company suggests calling your local police to report it.  I suggest you all do this.  Good luck everybody.

I too was a victim. I did not receive a phone call. A charge for 9.50 just appeared on my credit card.  The fraud was reported to the credit card company. I was credited the amount. Thanks to all of the people who wrote something about this. The credit card company is investigating the fraud.

I too got this charge.  Called CC comp right away.  They said they will credit me but the people have already gotten the money.  I thought the nosy government was being nosy to prevent things like this and catch these types of people.  WTF!  What happened to verification?  Verifying me, verifying it's a legit comp., etc.  I wish I could have a crack at them.  I hope these people get what they deserve.

I wasn't called by anyone.  I just had a fraudulent charge on my card.  Their phone number showed up on my statement.  It is a number in the Dallas/Ft. Worth TX area but they are defrauding people all over the country.  From the complaints I've read, every attempt to actually make contact with anyone at this number is useless. You'll either get a message that the number is not in service or that the mailbox is full.  One person wrote that this company - Orionarc - is "still at it", which indicates this is a long-running scam.  Some of it us catch it as a charge we didn't make or authorize.  I'm sure many never notice it.  They use a small amount because it doesn't draw attention like a large amount would.  But, if enough of the small amounts go unnoticed and unreported, these folks can rake in a lot of stolen money on a daily basis.  Just 10 a day would be $95 a day, cheating other people out of money they had to work for.  In spite of their activity having been reported to multiple banks and card companies, they obviously remain uncaught and going strong.  What a shame they can't use their intelligence and time in honest, constructive pursuit of an income instead of robbing others.

These piles of s*** screwed me for $9.50 last Tuesday. I would line them up and execute them if I could catch them. At the very least beat the holy hell out of them with a lead pipe.

Same fraudluant charge on my Mastercard for $9.50 by OrionArc out of TX.  When you call the number it just says the mailbox is full... Dont these people have anything better to do with their time?

I received an email from my credit card company yesterday with the same charge of $9.50. My credit card company said the business is located in Nebraska. I have canceled my card, too.

I received a charge on my bank account today from this company! Saying the same amount and everything as the others. I was asked do I plan and will I prosecute the people. And if you are reading this and you are the people doing the fraud. YOU will get caught.
