La compañia Operating Partners es una agencia de cobros que se dedica a comprar todo tipo de cuenta perdida en Puerto Rico y fuera como por ejemplo: cuando solicitas una tarjeta de GE cuyo banco es en Estado Unidos. No solo es la casa cobradora de Money express o First Bank. compran lo que sea de quien sea y luego te llevan al tribunal bajo regla 60. La razon por la cual necesitan verificar la direccion postal es para hacerles llegar carta certificada con acuse de recibo que luego de un plazo de treinta dias te llevan directamente al tribunal. Tienen miles de casos en el tribunal diariamente y obligan a las personas a pagar por no saber defenderse adecuadamente. PR acquisitions es su socio y acutan como buitres para cobrar esas cuentas por las cuales ellos pagaron a veces hasta centavos. Visiten el portal de la Rama Judicial Puerto Rico y bajo consulta de caso entren el nombre de esta compañia y veran lo que aqui escribo. De hecho la pagina nunca carga todos los casos que realmente han sido y estan siendo atendidos en los tribunales muncipales de esta isla referente a estos monstruos de la compra de cuentas inactivas.

Esta compania se va a la quiebra y vendetta todos a first bank. Tenfold la situacion con mi carrot de un accidente....Y deciding entregarlo. Ahora operating partner llama a mi madre cobrandole mucho Mas del valor  inicial del carro.Es problema es q si sumo todos lo q faltaba pagar del carro. Es exactamente lo q Ellos estan cobrando. Hoy recibi una llamada de estas personas preguntando por mi con ambos apellidos (una mujer) no escuche su nombre. Me indico que tenia una carta perdida mia y me estaba corroborando mi direccion. Ella me repitio mi vieja direccion lo cual ya no vivo ahi y le dije que estaba correcta que la podia enviar ahi. Esto me suena algo engañoso y espero que les llegue devuelta. Esta compañia es Operating Partners hubicados en 250 o 270 Ave Luis Munoz Rivera en Hato Rey. 787-282-0103 y 787-993-3733. Parece una compañia real pero mucho ojo con la informacion personal.

Hola!  Tambien he sido asechada por esta compania!  Si!!! Son cobradores del First Bank de PR.  Lo que me tiene en duda es por que razon First Bank me financio mi auto cuando estas personas alegan que yo les debo aun una cantidad que me reclaman del 1999?  Si ese fuera el caso, se supone que first bank no me hubiese recien financiado mi nuevo auto!  Entonces, creo que ellos son una compania de cobro que compraron las deudas de este banco y quieren cobrar alguito para no quedarse en "0".  Hay que tener cuidado porque estos bancos reconocidos como First Bank tienen polizas de seguro que cubren las deudas que las personas tiran a perdida.  Asi que Operating Partners solo esta tratando de cobrar, MIENTRAS PUEDAN.  Es por eso su insistencia.  Me han recomendado una aplicacion Androide en donde se puede bloquear el numero telefonico de estas agencias de cobro.  Si tu celular tiene una plataforma androide, puedes bajar MR. NUMBER y configurar estos numeros spams para que no sigan molestandoles.

Acabo de recibir una llamada de Operating Partners, con el numero de telefono 987-993-3733 indicandome que tenian una correspondencia a mi nombre con la direccion erronea, cuando me dieron la direccion era mi direccion correcta, de verdad no se que es lo de esta compañia, me imagino que sabre en unos dias cuando reciba dicha correspondencia.

La llamada proviene de la compañia Operating Partners 1-866-864-6800, en asociacion con la financiera Money Express de Puerto Rico, y la mujer que hace las llamadas de accento argentino lleva el apellido de Sra. Martin., Al parecer la financiera Money Express le esta vendiendo cuentas tiradas a perdidas a compañias argentinas fuera de los Estados Unidos buscando recuperar estas, poniendo en riesgo nuestra seguridad e identidad. Everyday for 2 years Operating Partners has called me (787-993-3733) with a recorded message in Spanish looking for someone who does not live here and my phone # is not in that name nor the prior persons name who had this phone #. When I finally called to tell to take my # off their list, she claimed no one spoke english there even though I could here english in the background, Finally she gave to someone else who didn't want to tell me the name of the company or their address. Whether he lied or not he would tell me stuff in spanish even though I told him repeatadly I only speak english. He continued to laugh after every time I told him to spell something or repeat it in English. When is the FCC gonna do something about companies like this (They're a bunch of lazy tax money wasters also). I'm going to contact the BBB and the Chamber in San Juan. Anyway he said the address was 250 Av Luis Rivera  in San Juan and the guy I talked to was named Marrero. Who do they think they are.

787-304-5350 este numero llamo diciendo q tenia unas carta extraviada ,y esto es una collection nueva instalada en puerto rico .estos estúpidos adquieren tus numeros y tu información de los reporte de crédito,para tratar de cobrar cuentas a perdida .la compañia se llama OPC, Operating Partners Co. Inc..usan diferentes metodos engañosos como que el correo de volvio una carta o como que es un familiar todo para tratar de que tu le des tu información personal y grabarte la voz, y tener prueba ,para que tu no los demandes y ellos tener prueba de q tu se la distes y no la cojieron de otro lado.recuerden gente que ustedes tienen derechos y que estos estupidos no los pueden hostigar THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT

I had received many calls from Operating Partners, with the number (787)304-5350, I saw the number on my Call ID, and finally I was able to answer the call. The person on the phone identify himself as Mr Marrero, with the story of that he was trying to send me a letter but needed to confirm my address. I asked what was all about, he just 'cut off' the conversation and kept asking for an addss.  After that call, I tryed to look up the company's profile online and it seems more like a 'ghost company' than anything else.
I called back to the number and  after trying to find out with 2 different persons about an internet site, company profile and services noone seem interested to give me any information specially about the 'letter' that was sent and gave me another number (787)282-0103, for me to call and ask about how in the world the have my information.

It seems more as a scam than anything else.

I just found out that Operating Partners is really a Collection Agency for FirstBank.

I got a call in my voice mail stating my name and indicating to call 787-993-3733.  I did call that phone number the following day and the person who answered expressed in Spanish that their name was Operating Partners, a company established in Puerto Rico and that they were trying to deliver letters that the US Post Office was unable to deliver because of wrong addresses.  This person then passed the phone call to another person, stating that this other person was the one who originally called me.  The new person indicated that they were trying to deliver to me a letter that the post office had returned because they had  an incorrect address.  They wanted to corroborate my address.  When I asked about the nature of the letter they indicated that they didn't know, that the letter was sealed but that it may be a legal letter (he said this very vaguely).  I asked who the remittent was and he indicated that it was Operating Partners.  Then I said, ?but you are Operating Partners?.  Then he admitted they were.  Then I asked him how is it that you reconcile  that you work trying to deliver letters with bad addresses from the Post Office and when the remittent happens to be yourself (Operating Partners).  I further asked him what was the address they were trying to deliver the letter to.  He gave me my correct address with the wrong town but with the correct zip code.  When I told him that I was not willing to give him my address or any kind of information, he hung up.  This sounds highly suspicious.  Does any one have additional information on this?

The call comes from Operating Partners phone # is 1-866-864-6800 an collection agency working together with MONEY EXPRESS an money loan company in Puerto Rico phone # is 787-882-1660, this company Money Express sell accounts dropped to lost, to that company looking to get your money back, be careful people! our identity our social security number is being put in sale by Money Express of Puerto Rico. I advice to speak to an lawyer about that case of fraud.

I remenver When this men call me I ask for his name and he said his name is Inacio Vega I dont now who is this person.I dont want he call again. I dont now why he have all my imformation.???? what he want to do with my adreess?

i live in USA i am from PR. this person a men call me to my house ask for my wife and he said he have some leeters for her he have all the imformation about us and he ask me personal question what i do not respond we fell scary. also he have (argentine accent).right now i go to the police deparment for make a complain about this. and i dont why this men call me again, he said he location is in PR and the adress is in luis muños rivera ave in PR and he said he is a private postal services.

I also live in Puerto Rico and I got the same call from a woman on my cell phone (the whole conversation was also in spanish with the same argentinian accent)from this very same number asking for a person which I do not know.  She claimed that she was given my number by someone and asked me if I was his wife.  She has called at lest 3 times with the same excuse.  I gave no information and asked her not to call again.

I live in Puerto Rico and I got call (the whole conversation was in spanish and they had sort of an argentinian accent)from this very same number asking for my address to send me a letter that had been returned to them at a private mail box. She claimed that her client was a box renter and was trying to correct the address because it been returned. She had my cel number and both my last names (here both your father's and mother's last names are used). The only thing I gave her was my postal address. What can they do with my postal address???
