French-Canadian voice talking about telecommunications survey.  No thanks!

same as everyone else is saying. i do not answer any # i do not recognize. if they want me, they have to leave a message. so i will decide when i call them back. i have had some collection agencies call me, but they do not say who they are calling for.

I got a call from this number today and it showed HEALTH SPECIAL as the caller. I didn't pick it up. It's cold calling and they call until the first call that gets an answer and they get the caller and the rest of the calls go back on the call list for later. Maybe YOU will be the first to answer them the next time!

When these annoying calls come in, I answer the call and lay the phone's receiver down and let them pay for the call.  I think it can last anywhere from 30 - 90 seconds.  After they hang up I hang up my phone.  It's on their dime.

Received several calls from this # shortly after receiving an e-mail from my cousin with a clip about Dr. OZ talking about Garcinia cambogia.  My cousin's e-mail was apparently hacked because she did not send the e-mail.  I tried to search the internet to see if someone was using his clip illegally to scam people.  Dr. Oz has had this problem with other products in the past.  I know he discussed this herb on his program but wonder if he knows about the high pressure tactics being used to sell this product.  Couldn't find much confirming or denying this, but there are a load of websites using him to sell this herb.

This is a telemarketer that got my number from an phishing email that I accidentally opened. They say that I started to place an order online and that it never went through, and want to finish completing the order. The product is for a diet pill. I never even started to place an order, nor did I give them my phone number. They must have gotten it through my email somehow. They have called numerous times. Someone has to do something about these telemarketers!!!

Receiving calls from this number.  Cannot understand the very poor English.
About the only thing I can understand is the word "Cambodia".

Hung Up ....Got to be Spam or Fraud

My friend emailed me (now know it was fake) and it was for a clip from Dr. Oz. A new breakthrough diet pill. I thought Dr. Oz, he is honest. I followed the link and it was for a exotic fruit that will help you lose an amasing amount of weight. So, I thought lets take a look at it and see how much this was going to cost. Got to the price and went, yeah right and exited out of the site. Lo and behold got a phonecall two nights ago asking me why I did not proceed to the checkout. He was quite pushy and I had to hung up. Today I got a email from my sister with the same link.  I was telling my friend who supposedly sent the email and
we think it is obviously a scam and they want your credit card number. Tonight I got a phonecall from the number above and they want to talk about the "miracle diet pill". I yelled at him and said that I have called the fraud department with the other number and to @##@@#.  The site is called http://www.patriciaguzman.com/eowme/qe.zejh?phcte. The product is "Garcinia Cambogia".  The other # is 519-254-1000 landline, Windsor. The 972-512-3978 says it is a landline from Carrollton, TX

Have received several calls in one day. I am not answering, they are not leaving a message, how do I get rid of these guys!?

What can we do about the calls from #972-512-3978?  I am getting sick of this!

Annoying unknown caller keeps calling me I wish what company they work for so I can report them to the BBB. This harassment needs to stop and I am sure I am not the only one wishing the same thing.

I write this somewhat in jest. These spam/scam/phishing phone calls could so overwhelm the phone systems that people will stop using those phone systems altogether.

Your best defense still is not to pick up any call with a name and/or number you do not recognize. If you should pick up such a call, and you are told to press a number, do not press any number whatsoever! Hang up!

Too many scam phone calls on home and cell phones now...even when reported or on no call list

they keep calling,  and not answering.....   I am on a do not call list .... i wish they would stop calling

I'm on the donotcall registry so I'm going to report these idiots. It may be a futile effort, but at lest I tried.

Lets all have fun. Just keep calling it back and hangin up. If we keep their line busy, then they can't call out.

After receiving repeated phone calls from 972-512-3978 with no one on the other line, I looked it up online and found it was a Verizon Business Landline from Carrollton, Tx. Called the number back and a woman answered the phone, she had my name and number. It appears to be the call center branch of online scam I encountered through a bogus e-mail.  They are selling diet pills that appear legit, but after ordering from the website, giving contact email and phone numbers the calls begin. The company website, contact email and phone number went dead within hours.

Keep getting calls from this number but no message.  I've had it!  Do NOT want these calls to my cell phone.

Keep on getting calls on my cell phone from this number. Rings twice then stops. Number is out of Texas. I am going to try to block it.

I got call from this number right now, and called them back. After a minute, I talked to them.
It was an advertisement which provided a discounted suggestion on a product (I didn't pay
any attention to the details and names she said!); so don't waste your time to call them back.
