They are doing the same thing to me. I deferred a few payments too and was never told nor did it show on the deferment paper. i asked them how they could do this. Since the loan's maturity in Feb. I have made bi-weekly payments to them sometimes more than the actual car payment was. Then they threaten you with repossession if you cannot come up with a remainder of, in my case, $700 or so. Really, Hyundai? To take my car away after a $15,500 loan that YOU said I was only late on payments once during the duration of the loan? The greed of corporations is disgusting. I hope we both get our car situations in order.

This used to be quite popular in "Don't pay a cent event", where you paid the taxes on the item, but nothing else. there were no payments, usually for 12+ months. But yes, then at that time the entire amount was due, & if you didn't pay, the interest was sky high.

Same this here- NO ONE said the deferred payments would be due all at once at the end of the loan BAM after paying 21 thousand dollars they are constantly calling about this "balloon payment" that I was unaware of and trying to pay off as fast as I can-

It's crazy. I deferred a few payments and was never told that it would be due in full at the end of the loan. I was told it would be added to the end of the loan. NOT A BALOON payment. I have paid almost every week in Jan & Feb and have $331.00 left on the ENTIRE loan and they call every 5 hours!!  Then I got a repossession notice.....Really?

Calls me constantly.  Wish it would stop.

Kia/Hyundai Motor Finance. My payment is 12 days past due. They're blowing me up on Sat morning. Last time I reported them for harassment. I'll do it again
