My experience has been complet opposite of those listed above. I am a current investor and have been for several years. I receive good communication and my montly revenue checks keep coming in. I have made well over my initial investments.
Noel Scully is a stand up guy and extremely good at what he does...finding commercial amounts of oil and gas.

These people are crooks! They took $250,000 plus dollars of mine and filed for bankruptcy. The judge or courts have denied them. So I don't know any thing further about them. If anyone has any info e-mail me at    gigglebells@gmail.com. Thanks!

They have continued to call every day, when I said I take care of my dad's finances and what did they need, they hung up.  I would say "Huge RED Flag"

Anybody who has invested in Scull Energy wells in Lampasas County will probably never see their money again.  I have been an investor for over 4 years and Noel Scully lied through his teeth to me.  He is a slimy operator and so far has escaped the law.  Hopefully the Texas State Securites Division and the Federal Prosecutor's office in Texas will get involved.  There are a lot of investors in Scully's wells that have been left holding the bag!  Most of the shell companies set up to sell Scully's wells have been shut down and filed bankruptcy.  If Scully tries to proclaim his innocence to you ask him to give you the name and number for 20 investors in Lampasas, Texas that have made a profit.

you obviously work for these rip off clowns.  I invested with them 4 years ago and regret it.  They are being investigated by the SEC and were shut down in Nevada.  They file bankruptcy on the investors after they take all the money they can get.  They deserve to be in prison!

This guy recently moved to Dallas, maybe from Florida, or somewhere.Said can't get pipeline into Lampassas because of Railroad right -of -way yet, but soon.They taking in$500K some weeks.No name on door in building they in and very jumpy when you come to door for interview ,or anything.A true carney grifters scam at the highest level.High line scam.

This person is the same person that I almost just went to work for in Irving, TX. ? He has since 'disappeared' with stolen checks.  Could someone give me a vague description of this man if you have met him?  I visited with a heavy set, bald African-American man.  His company was Thomas Group in Irving for a short time.....ie 4 weeks.

It is very easy to see that nofool is a fool.  I invested in three of their wells...that is at least $120,000 which is to say more than you make in five years.

Its very easy to see invest and investor are the same person and they employees  of lampasas energy trying con you even more with these fake posts here!

Obviously your aren't a BIG BOY in the investment game.  How do you think investment companies get their names out to people for people to invest in their company?  They all have their own ways (TV, Phone, Internet,etc......)  I took a packege from them and and they could back up everything they were saying.  An oil and gas company isn't around as long as they have if it is a scam!!!

I received a call from Lampasas Energy.  The man was extremely nice when I visited with him.  They were straight forward with everything when I reached the second guy.  Everything I asked was proven to me by the package they sent to me.  They can back up what they say.  They have a very high success rate.  Just take a look at the package if you are a true player and you will see what I am talking about.  Great Company!!!

Received call today from Lampasas Energy caller ID 972-650-7207. The "man" was very rude, not the least bit nice to me on the phone. I have been the private secretary to the boss for over 20 years now and have received many of these cold calls. They start with using first name only, as if they are friends. When they can't get by the secretary it usually flips the "mean switch". Did a little research on this company, no internet presents, Red Flag! They seem to be linked to Scully Energy and Equity Quest Resources, Inc. Type those name into Google and you will see that one of them has been closed down in another state and has some other legal matters at hand. They seem to be using several phone numbers out of TX 972-650-9000,7200,7202,7207
Sounds, feel and smells like a scam. Did you wake up this morning and think I have an extra $10,000 today and I just can't wait for that cold call? No Remember who called who. Call the people you know, not the voice on the phone, you probably will have better luck.

Got a call from them trying to get me to invest. A minimum of $60k. He was bragging about how well the company was doing, and the incredible returns I would receive. This screams SCAM to me. If this company was doing so wonderful on the wells they are drilling, they wouldn't be searching for investors, investors would be calling them.

It is possible that they may have either changed their number or are using additional numbers as well.  We received a call from them, the number was identical to this one except the last number was a 2.  The caller id read Lampasas Energy 972-650-7202.

I invested 55K with these people 3 years ago.  They have lied to me over and over.  When I reported them they threatened me.  3 years and 30 wells and they continue to sell shares with no return.  Call me for the true story before you invest.  Ripoff!!

The last sentence of my comment about Lampasas Energy should read, "That screams boiler room sales to me."

The caller ID showed this as being from Lampasas Energy. They were trying to get me to invest in a natural gas exploration project. Claimed I would receive a return of $3,000 to $5,000, a month, on a $49,000 investment. Searched Google for the company and the only thing I found was some guy's My Space page (I won't use his name). This guy was 24, said he had "some college", claimed he was an Exec. Director at Lampasas Energy and made $250,000+ a year. That doesn't screams boiler room sales to me.
