Tell citi that you have issues and they will work with you. They can't afford to have the accounts go in default. They will lower the amount of calls if you answer. Don't listen to the fool above and give them your kids number to call..they will find any number possible to call. Seriously.

Keeps calling - asking for a person we've never heard of and I've told them we don't know who it is and they are calling our cell phone during peek hours and they keep calling back. What makes it worse is it's our 12-year-old daughter's phone so she doesn't know how to handle it.

Received a telephone calll from (972) 655-0020 this morning, the caller did not leave a voice mail message. I don't answer telephone calls from unknown callers.

they left a message saying "it's not a sales call" and asked to call back. I didn't call and wanted to check here first if the call is legit.
