My employer has received a few calls form this outfit. The last person that called was told by me that we already have health coverage, but he wanted to call back and speak with someone in HR. I said that they could try. They really should just give up. If we aren't looking to switch, then why bother?

These callers may be out of Texas but my call seemed to be routed from Mumbai first then to Texas! I received a call on my cell at 1:58 AM! Idiots! The guy was so heavily accented that I couldn't understand a word he said. Sounded like he responded in his own native tongue when I asked who was calling. I finally just said "you've got the wrong number," heard him say something like "number, number" and then I hung up. Luckily they did not call back. Wasn't feeling well to begin with then hard to get back to sleep...what @$$h0|3s........

I tracked this to be a CIA call for validating numbers of possible threats to the Obama administration.  I am an engineer in communications and have tools utilized for secret monitoring of citizens of this country.  The name I used is fictitious of course.  When calling your phone there is a very high frequency down load that is imbedded into the batteries of your phone.   This software then records your conversations, what numbers dialed, etc.  To retrieve the the data, a call is made to your phone and the data is download.  In addition, the software that lives in you phone battery can be used to record conversations in your home without you being on the phone.  They only activate the audio monitoring if enough data has been collected on the initial monitoring of active conversations.  

Every time you are called they are retrieving data.  If you are called only once then you have been eliminated, for now, from further monitoring.  How are you selected to be monitored?  Your e-mails, phone calls, and cell phones have had hits on key words which begins the monitoring.  So you say why do they not block the caller ID from displaying AEGIS when they call.  Because if they do not send a caller ID many phone systems now are set up to disconnect.  Plus when you answer this allows a major down load into you phone for even more programs utilizing the T & R path which is not cut through during the signaling process.

The message below I've been posting on ALL their review sites I also called and l/m a for their "so-called" supervisor...also I found someone by the name of Kevin N. marketing manager...They are the rudest people I've ever spoken with in my life! The man yelled at me b/c I wouldn't give him my boss right away! sorry buddy it doesn't work that way and I was trained to identify compaines like this, so I knew right away what it was...I will continue to call everyday atleast 3-4 times a day leaving messages wherever they put me and eventually they will get my message by seeing their company bashed online and everywhere else, I don't care if it's your job to call people or whatever but when someone politely asks to be removed, or asks for further information so we can direct you to the right person, YELLING at the person on the other end will not get you far. I'm really hoping ole' craig praveto calls back my boss would love to speak to him now knowing he yelled at me the way he did...So invite the call...I'll have some fun with it...heehee :-)



I recently received a call from a Craig Praveto from Aegis. He proceeded to ask me for my boss, and would not give any info other than at first it was a personal call, then it was business related. When I then put in him VM he called back with a nasty tone, proceeded to yell at me to put my boss on the phone, I then asked why he was yelling at me and what it was in regard to so that I could inform my boss the correct way I was taught. He then yelled at me some more and then hung up in my ear. I don't know what kind of people they have working there but they should seriously invest in some phone ethic for their employees because that is just shamful and disgusting that someone who is needing something from someone else would go to such a low as to YELL at the person on the other end who is meerly asking a question to get more information for the person you are wishing to speak with. next time though my boss said he'd be happy to speak with you being you yelled at me in such a manner, so Craig by all means feel free to call us back! We have some choice words for you as well, and to your company, you should be ashamed that you run your business this way, I will now make it my goal to go out of my way to make sure you have the WORST reviews possible. Your company is rude, and no one should have to deal with that kind of attitude from a stranger over the phone. I'm so glad I don't work for you! WORST PEOPLE EVER!!!! SOOOO RUDE AND NASTY!!! DO NOT ACCEPT CALLS FROM THEM!!! They try to trick you into getting the person they need by saying it's a personal call, then it changes to a business call once the person says I don't know who you are then they give the company name and proceed to get nasty if you don't respond the way they want!!!! DISGRACE!!! CRAIG PRAVETO YOU ARE SCUM!!!! If you are married I feel such pity on your wife!!! To live with you must be HELL ON EARTH!!! JERK!

Unfortunately, you don't do it.  So, you are breaking pree4tty much every federal US law regarding legal solicitations, and since you are scammers, your job and wishes are not our problem.  You are nothing but common thieves.

Actually, this is just a call center. I am a former employee for them. If you are receiving calls from them its most likely because they are trying to hiring a mass amount of people for their clients.

we are not debt collectors we are a call center that deals with selling stuff.

Aegis is a bunch of scum-sucking trolls.

Aegis Communications is a company that does telemarketing for many different firms.  I got a call one day from some unknown number.  I redialed that number and got a voice mail message giving the name Aegis.  I ran it down on the web and called them-- that is how come I know what their business is.  I have found a TOLL FREE number that is claimed to be theirs-- 1-800-332-0266.  I will call that number-- if it is theirs, I will try to keep them on line for some time.  After all, it's their nickel.

Receive 1 to 2 calls a day; they are asking for individuals by name; they push to speak with a specific individual as if they are 'bill collectors'.

This is actually the outbound line for the Lenovo Sales Department.

When i called this # i was hearing IVR for almost 15mins when the IVR said tht to spk wit HR press 2.

What's the number of the no-call list?  I am so tired of getting calls from this number!

This individual called for the person responsible for facility management - fishing for information.  Do not give out info - these people call all the time looking to compile lists of our corporate executives.

You are full of it. They ARE a collection agency out of Texas (USA office) and they call people who have outstanding bills. They called us and accused us of having a $200 outstanding Sprint bill from 2000. Funny...we had not been with Sprint since way before that and only have cell phones now. The guy got nasty with me when I said it wasn't our bill and told them never to call here again. Finally I asked what address and phone number the bill was suppose to be for and they said an address that I recognized to be in a bad part of a city near us. He then said the last four digits of the SS# and I said that is not ours. He then said ok and hung up. Soooo, I called the number back and got someone who could see the call history of the call to us and I asked to speak to a supervisor. I told the supervisor that it would have been more appropriate to verify that they were talking to the correct person before accusing them of not having paid a bill 11 years ago!! I gave him a piece of my mind!

we dont do collection calls at all.....wrong company but we are out sourced.we do health insurance,home security and txu energy and when a disaster strikes we do fund raisers.we did the concert for new york to raise money for the families of 911,and fundraisers for hurricane katrina and flight twa.

if people would listen to the do not call disclosure before hanging  up on us it states"yes,mr./mrs______we would be happy to put your name on the do not call list,please allow us 30 days for your name to be cycled through all of our lists."and we dont manually dial your # it runs through a predictive dialer when the call list has ran through it starts over.if you listen to the agents presentation and politley say not interested the agent will gladly enter you as such and your name is edited off the list.we dont want to call you a million times a day as much as you dont want us to but,its our job to fufill a disposition of some kind on all of our clients "lead list"

we,re not debt collectors aegis is an outsource call center for companies like united health care,smith and wesson security,and txu energy with hours from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m employing over 900 people with outstanding customer service awards and ethical selling.yes,you may be targeted by a company to be solicited however,remember that we're  just doing our jobs and in a small town that doesnt have much other than gas stations and fast food joints aegis is a god send for our families and our community.we currently have no debt collection clientel and you could get up to $200 just for sighning up with some of the companies that employ us.

Lenovo - calling to confirm if I received shipment.  As a side note Lenovo ships UPS with signature required (no waiver) - major hassle as someone must physically be there.

They start calling as early as 8:00 am until late in the evening.  Never leave a message.  I don't personally owe any debts, but they sound to me like debt collectors from the way they operate and my past experience.

They just called me - it was from Lenovo service, returning my call I had placed about a damaged laptop I just received.

I just got a call from this number. It is TXU Energy. I just set up my service with them and they forgot to ask a couple questions, BUT the caller ID DID show: Aegis Comm Grp ??? SO I don't know what is up with that. Anywho...Could be this Company owns differnt companys??
