Received same type of call saying he was a federal investigator and did I know a certain individual.  I said no and then he got belligerent and threatening insisting that i did know this individual.  I hung up on him and he called back and left this number saying the local sheriff was being notified,  Told me to get rid of any guns or animals before the dheriff got there.  What a Kook!!

Called local Florida sheriff- They of course said it seemed like a nonsense call.  I then notifed Texas Attorney General Office since call originated from Texas and filled out a complaint form.

same gut Tim Kohler  called me and tried to get me to pay over the phone with my checking account. When I said I would pay but only with a pre-paid debit card which I could do tomorrow, he said no. Started asking me if I had confidence in our "judicial system" and "legal system" and I told him NO, for example Enron. He told me I cant beleive everything I see on tv or read in the paper. Wow!

Tim Cohler is def an a**. He calls and threatens people with legal action, but is not willing to give the names of the attorneys or contact info for them. If this is a legit business then he would give out the correct info. Apparently these guys aren't familar with the federal debt collection act. Perhaps we should all call the buffalo attorney generals office, and fill them in on what they are doing to consumers in this economy.

this guy is a real piece of work.. Said that he has been in contact with law and courts, but i called to check and they dont have anything on me. I have 2 saved messages where he says i am facing criminal charges.. but i know that is not true because payday loans are a civil matter not criminal.. If you are contacted by this creep call the federal or state trade commission!! God he is an a**!

Got a Call from Tim Koyler a debt for my sister. then got a call from a PI by the name of  Lomax. Paid Koyler by debit card, then they tried to run my debit card again. I turned in a claim to my bank and am getting all my money back

this guy Timmy Kohler is a real con artist. had my name and last 4 digits of my social security number in about 5 sec. He is a real smart a** and pushes all the right bottons to get you to blow your top.

they keep calling my job after hours leaving messages demanding that i call them within 24hrs every single day.  i dont even have time to call them back before they call again. this is so embarrassing!!1

got a call at work from them asking for the person in charge or officer of the company whos in charge of serving an employee with a summons for criminal and mischievious activity for a bad check charge. i did get a payday loan but have not written a bad check. they are going to have the police involved if i dont come up with the money. i asked for their money order info or western union to have it mailed and they only deal with debit cards or checking accounts. Funny they dont have an address. how do they get to work everyday?

Guy called and said I needed to send money to him to stop summons from the payday loan store his name was tim kohler, I called payday loan store and they said it was a scam

I receive a call from the guy from interchex system said i owe payday loan. I'm not sure this a scam or what but concern.
