It is a real estate company, Weichert Realtors, they cold call people who have listed, requested, made an offer, or just looked at houses on various websites. If you have ever went onto any type of real estate site and entered your phone # for anything thats how they got it. They buy 3rd party information to use for cold calling, or some people have requested information on a listing and they are the lister. They are a national company based out of NJ (i believe). Just answer and tell them to remove your number, if possible record your request becuase if they do call you again you can now sue them.

They keep calling us ...we did not answer because we do not know the number and they never leave a message... We are trouble by it and we want it STOP.

Yup, it is, indeed Weichert, and they are, indeed, annoying.  I made the mistake of wanting to view a house for sale by Weichert and now I get calls from that call center endlessly.  It is small consolation and it certainly won't stop them, but I am getting back by (a). listing my current house with another realtor; and (b). never ever even considering houses listed by Weichert ever again.  If enough people do the same, maybe they will get the message... probably not... but maybe.

I see this is Weichert Realty calling. I don't have anything active but I have talked to them before about things. They didn't leave a message, so must be an agent seeking to push me into a deal of some kind. Nah!

I do not want to receive phone calls from this number who I do not know.  Why do they keep calling me.

Just got call from them on Sunday afternoon - didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number and looked it up and found this.  We had been working on buying a house recently but not any with Wiechart.

This is the number on my Caller I.D. from a Weichert realtor. I had clicked a 'please give me more info' button on a real estate web page, so it was a legitimate call. But the realtor who called left me an 800 number to call him back, not this number. I don't remember what my Caller I.D. gave for the name. It was probably unknown name or something like that.

Just received another call on my cell.  I googled it, and it is a NJ phone number.

It is a realtor. I asked for some infoormation from a website about a home and it is a realtor that called me back

The caller ID showed my own name (which was odd). The caller was actually a Weichert Real Estate Call Center.

They called me because we listed our place as a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) and Weichert was trying to get us to use an agent in Washington DC.  

WHATEVER!

Multiple unsolicited calls. They must have got my  phone number from my FSBO add to which I have made clear that agents are NOT welcome.

This was a call from Weichert Reality. I was following a house they have listed... wish I'd received this response from the realtor who showed us the house. Not calling back as my questions weren't answered the first time.

This is some type of real estate company - Weikert (sp?) Realty - doing cold calls I would guess.  the # they call from does not take messages and they redirect you to a toll free #.  They don't seem to snap when you ask them to delete your phone # off their call lists - wonder how in the world they're getting cell phone #s too - mine is also on a DO NOT CALL list.
