call with no info but fake trying to get info, for person who hasn't resided here for 7 yrs

BOR Firm this is a different company than the above but same basic scam tactics to get money. They called from 1-866-784-0965

Someone named Ben called from the phone number (973) 559-6161 and harrassed my mother saying he wasn't afraid of her and would be calling again. He asked consistently asking to speak to me. He wouldn't tell where he was from but that he was sitting in his car.
