For other scams -- including improving my credit card interest rate -- not only payday loans, the numbers used are 818-798-1988, 509-922-2452, and 607-330-5668. I get their calls four to five times a day. When I call the number back, the recording says either "this number is out of service,' or "you are not a customer." I am afraid to call and say I am a customer as I don't know what they will learn about me then.

i got a call from this number from new jersey saying that he was a law frim and that i was in very serious trouble if i didnt pay my debt that i owed to some kind of payday thing, and i dont even have a clue as to what he was talking about, barly could make out what he saying from strong middle east accent, he told me to have my lawyer present and that i was going to have 3 warrants for my arrest if didnt pay them 450 today and if they was to come get me it would cost 7,000, i told him he was crazy and he was the one doing the scaming here and that i got a call from brother in florida wanting the same thing, i told him that i was calling the f b i on him and he said there was no need for that, i told him that there was plenty need for it, because people like him need to be locked or hung and escorted out of this country and that he wasnt getting any money out of me or any info on me from me do not give this people any info on yourself, they will steal your identityand have bills run up in your name and all your money gone, the american people should band together and request that all these forgein people be removed from this country, they are slowly taking our country from us and all of opur rights, wake up people before it is to late, these people that are calling you are terrorist and thats what they are here for to terroize us and to destory this country,  thats why we have no jobs here now and our country is going down if we dont if we dont get all these people out of this country,

i got a call from these number also, and they told me that had 3 warrants for my arrest and that i was under investagation and that i need me lawyer present and all kinds of stuipid things,i ask him for the paper work on this and he said he couldnt give it to me, he was wanting me to pay 450 today or i was going to jail and then i would pay 7,000. i told him that i got a call from his brother in florida where these middle easterners are doing the same thing down there also, these people are suspose to be from new jersery, why dont the american people get together and kick all these people out of this country, they are here only to terrorize us and try and take over this country, and they are doing very slowly and the american people need to wake up and see what they are doing, they are taking our freedom and rights away from us, stand up for your country and tell the president to get these people out of our country before its to late, and far as i can concerned the president can go with them because he is one of them also

They called me today claiming they were the FBI abs said I was under investigation for social security fraud. Lmao its sounded suspicious so while they put me hold I Googled the phone number and sure enough I Aww all of these comments and it totally makes sense that this is fraud and I could barly understand thus goofy Asian accent. Lmao I was thinking I atleast hope the FBI can speak proper English. So I blocked their # end of story they didn't sound very legit.

This Company called me on my work phone saying that my SSN is under invistigation and he asked me if I have every been to jail and went on about some money I owe so I asked which one and the guy said I will call you back and hang up the phone on me but my thing is that he had all of my information my name, work number, SSN, and who my bank is.

i have received calls from this number saying that my husband was going to be arrested today if i did not pay this amount of $3585 within in an hour. first of all don't know how they got my number and 2nd why cant they give you time to come up with the money and no paper work has been received from this so called company...
someone please help me. what do i do to stop this?

They call me at my job and are very rude. They are definatly not Americans and can barley speak the language. I have been calling them back trying to get information they are definatly a scam!

they keep calling and leaving messages i tried to call back and it says to leave a message when they call they dont even say my correct name and i can barley understand what they are saying they tell me or my attorney to call them back and if i disregard this message only god can help me i just want them to leave me alone

These people called and left message, BARELY able to understand.  How do they get our information.

973-854-2785 Called me, it was a man with a heavy accident stating he was from the State Department and that if I did not settle this matter there would be legal consequences against me.  He could not give me any information about the company I owed money to and i ended up hanging up on him.  He then called me again asking why I hung up on him and he asked if I would like to set up payment arrangements with him.  I indicated to him that I would not be paying them anything and he proceeded to yell at me and threatening to call my employer, which he had.  Very rude and such a scam!!!

This number called my job and told them that they was an officervand told my boss to tell me to call them back as an emergency call

These people said that I got a pay day cash advance (I dont even have a checking account) and wanted my card number that I was going to use to pay them back. Had most of my information. Wanted me to set up payments. Said they had a warrant for my arrest that they would send to my state police department. I told them to send it......

They keep calling me being very rude! Saying im going to jail and I just set up paymebts for the same thing a week ago there crazy he wont stop calling when I call back it says this number is not wrking what do I do?

These people are a scam. They call you stating they are calling from the "Office of the State." They all have heavy Latino or East Indian accents and do not tell you what State they are calling from. However, a quick reverse search of the number revealed New York and New Jersey. They tell you there is a law suit attached to your social security number and they want you to confirm your number with them. DO NOT give them your information. They are phishing and they can be very intimidating because they really try to convince you that there is law suit with your social security number attached and speak sternly to you. Firstly, if there is a law suit, you would not get a phone call, you'd get paper work in the mail. I told them not to call me again, and he said if I hang up on him he would call me a thousand times. Typical scum of the earth trying to use scare tactics. I just hung up. He called back one more time and I hung up on him again without saying a word. DO NOT let them scare you. Its a scam to phish for information.
