I got a call this morning from this number and my husband answered the phone asking what was this about
and they said that they new me by name and asking for me and my husband said no because he did not give
my husband the right information he said that he wanted to have sex with me and my husband said no
and he kept saying it until my husband started yelling at him and calling him names and making baby sounds
and saying my husband is a retard
can you find out who this is and tell them to stop calling me

Foreign speaking person says they are from "the medical department" .  When questioned about which medical department they don't seem to have an answer.
